Bait is the most critical controllable cost in shrimp pond culture.The cost of bait will directly affect the efficiency of shrimp pond culture.Feeding too much bait will not only increase unnecessary cost,but also cause water pollution.In recent years,people's demand for aquatic products is increasing.The future consumption market is huge,especially shrimp culture.The shrimp pond culture in China still stays in the stage of throwing bait around the shrimp pond,and the amount of bait is determined mainly by the fisherman's breeding experience.There are some problems such as high labor cost and low feeding precision.In this paper,the intelligent feeding control of shrimp ponds is completed by fusion sensor technology,PLC control technology,GPRS remote data transmission technology and MCGS configuration technology.How to ensure the accuracy of bait feeding and improve the utilization rate of bait is the key part to realize the intelligent feeding control system of shrimp ponds.In this paper,the changes of water quality parameters of shrimp ponds and the influence of shrimp growth and feeding were analyzed.A fuzzy neural control method was proposed and the intelligent feeding amount was obtained by combining with the shrimp growth model.According to the breeding experience of the farmers for many years and the expert knowledge in the field of shrimp culture,a fuzzy neural controller is designed,which takes the water temperature and dissolved oxygen of the aquaculture shrimp pond with two influential factors as the input quantity,and the influence coefficient of the water quality parameters is the output.The fuzzy neural control system is continuously optimized and the fuzzy neural network is optimized by the reverse error network training method.The output influence coefficient of the controller and the shrimp growth model get the intelligent feeding amount.Through the GPRS wireless data transmission mode,the intelligent feeding amount is transmitted to the upper computer to display and store,to provide the scientific feeding amount for the fishermen's actual culture,and also to see the analysis and analysis by the operators.The intelligent feeding control system of the shrimp pond mainly includes the upper computer and the lower machine.The lower computer is mainly responsible for the collection and processing of the water quality parameters,while the upper computer system is mainly responsible for the real-time display of the data transmitted by the lower computer and the storage of the historical data.According to the system control requirements,the appropriate PLC and various components of water quality sensors are selected.The water quality parameters are collected by PLC and the intelligent feeding amount is obtained by fuzzy neural control algorithm and the intelligent feeding amount is transmitted to the MCGS configuration interface of the upper computer.To some extent,the whole system solves the problem of low feeding accuracy in shrimp ponds,and improves bait utilization.
