The Internet of things has brought the third wave of the information industry, and achieved more and more attention from experts and scholars.Through the combination of Internet of things technology and agriculture,the realization of automation, information, intelligence of agriculture becomes the main direction of the future development of intelligent agriculture. This paper proposes intelligent agriculture remote monitoring system based on the Internet of things.The system can obtain the growth environment information of agricultural products more accurately and timely, and realize the remote monitoring and control of intelligent agriculture.Firstly, the paper analyzes the background and significance of intelligent agriculture and its development at home and abroad. Secondly, the concept and structure of Agricultural Internet of things were expounded. And the Socket communication scheme of intelligent agriculture remote monitoring system based on Internet of things was determined.Thirdly, the functional modules of the system were completed based on the relevant key technologies and theories.The system adopts the current management system development platform:C/S(Client / Server) mode and B/S(Browser/Server) mode. And according to the characteristics of the two modes, a set of monitoring system application platform including PC client and Web remote terminal is researched and developed. Finally, the software testing and the practical application of the basic service functions of the monitoring system platform are carried out.In order to has a good interactive interface and convenient access to the channels,the system uses the c# language to develop a client in Visual Studio 2010 environment and uses ASP.NET technology to develop Web server page. By using SQL Server 2008 database technology, the crop environment data and other related data information are stored in the background programs.After the Web page being published online through the IIS, the system is connected to the Internet, then forms a structure of "field sensors- Internet network- remote monitoring". Users could use a PC which is connected to the Internet to log monitoring system to query data and manage the equipments, so as to realize the function of remote monitoring.In the process of data acquisition, this paper mainly adopts survey, experiments, problem analysis and other research methods. The system is designed with the idea of service-oriented,modular and componentized, and a set of intelligent agricultural monitoring system is put forward and designed. Experimental results show that the intelligent agricultural remote monitoring system can work well and steadily. It can construct the network with wireless sensor nodes and realize the reliable data transmission.
