Difference Of Agronomic Traits And Grain Quality Between Different Adzuki Bean Varieties In The Central Area Of Hebei Plain

This experiment was carried out in the experiment teaching base of the third branch factory of Hebei Agricultural University in 2017.The test varieties were 30 varieties such as Tangshan red adzuki bean,Jihong,and Baihong.The differences in the growth process of adzuki bean and the analysis of grain quality and yield composition during mature period were analyzed.The adzuki bean varieties suitable for planting in the Central Plains of Yizhong were screened out to provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of varieties with good quality traits and good yield factors during production.The main findings are as follows:1.The shortest fertility varieties of Adzuki bean were Jingnong 131,YingengJapan and Baihong 9,and the average fertility time was 88 days.The longest fertility species were Jihong 9218,Hokkaido and Baihong,the average reproductive time was 98.5 day.2.Appearance quality,such as grain type and chroma value,are good for the export trade,such as Jihong 14,Tangshan Adzuki bean and Jingnong 131.Baohong 947,Baohong 876,and Baihong 8 with high starch content,high sand production rate,and high sandy texture are used to produce adzuki bean in production;The Hokkaido,Jihong 9218,and Jingnong 131,which have the highest iron content,are suitable for supplementing blood in the diet.3.The top five varieties of azuki bean agronomic traits and yield factors were Tangshan Adzuki bean,DanayanJapan,Baohong 947,Yuhong 2 and Baohong 8824.Among them,the top five breeds of Xiaofeng 2,Baohong 876,Baohong 8824,Pinhong 2011-18,and DanayanJapan the top five in terms of yield factors;among them,the varieties with thick stems,main stem sections,and single plant varieties were Baohong876,DanayanJapan,Baohong947,Xiaofeng 2,Haihong 2.The top five varieties of plant height,100 grain weight and unit yield were Hokkaido,Jihong 9218,Pinghong 2011-18,Jingnong 131 and Zhonghong 7 respectively.The top five cultivars per pod population were Tangshan adzuki bean,Jihong 4,Jihong 13,Baohong 947,and Baihong;the top five varieties of branches were YingengJapan and Baohong 8824 respectively.Jihong 15,Jingnong 131,and Jihong 7.
