Under the background of speeding up the reform of ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China,it is of great significance to build a modern society in which man and nature coexist harmoniously.As an important reserve resource of cultivated land,unused land is an important manifestation of harmony and symbiosis between man and nature,and the core of solving the problem of development,while solving the food problem and alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of land.At the same time,the rationalization of its development is the important manifestation of harmony and symbiosis between man and nature.In the current land development process,the ecological environment problem is becoming more and more prominent,the blind and improper exploitation causes the ecological environment to destroy "other grassland" as the main part of the unused land,its development rationality is self-evident.This article takes this as the starting point to carry on the research.Currently,research on other grasslands is under way.Although some achievements have been made in evaluation methods and application of information technology,but other grassland development is closely related to ecosystem function,and the research on guiding ecological development is less.In the research of water conservation function,the research is mainly focused on large scale and large scale,but the measurement of land block scale is relatively lacking.On this basis,taking other grasslands in Tangxian County of Hebei Province as the research object,the paper puts forward the method of measuring and calculating the water conservation on the land scale,obtains the data through the field investigation,analyzes and compares the changes of the water conservation function,and selects the typical project areas to carry on the empirical research.The findings are as follows:(1)According to the indexes of water conservation before and after the development of other grassland,the water holding capacity of the field after development basically showed an upward trend,the rising rate was between 5% and 11%.The thickness of soil layer was higher than the level before and after development.The thickness increased to 20~ 38 cm,in which the lifting intensity of the application of deep loosening of Hakka soil was more obvious,and the maximum increase was as high as 107%.The leaf area index was basically the same before the development,and the leaf area index increased in varying degrees after the development because of the different crops.In different circumstances,Corn > apple > walnut.The change of vegetation coverage was not obvious before and after development;the litter showed an upward trend except for cultivated land.(2)According to the composition of water conservation capacity,soil water storage is the main component,accounting for about 90% of the total water conservation,and the proportion of litter water holding capacity and precipitation interception is small.According to the change amount,the litter water holding capacity increased and decreased,and the soil water storage and plant interception precipitation showed an increasing trend.In terms of the total amount of water conservation before and after development,the total amount of water conservation showed an upward trend after development.Before and after development,the amount of water conservation of other grasslands was between150~200 mm,and the amount of water conservation after development was between250~350 mm and the whole increase range was higher.The highest rate of change was126.66% and the lowest was 74.60%.(3)After calculating the water conservation amount in different project areas,from the point of view of different soil layer thickening engineering,we select deep loose Hakka soil and deep loose thickening respectively to analyze and compare the two situations.Under the deep pine soil thickening project,the west hail project area where walnut was planted had the largest increase,and the water conservation increased from 148.66 mm to336.95 mm,which increased by 188.29 mm,and the change rate was 126.66%.Under the deep loosening and thickening project,the project area of growing corn in Gezhuang was the largest,the water conservation increased by 148.74 mm,and the growth rate was 94.62 mm.On this basis,the optimum combination of different soil layer thickening engineering and crop type was carried out,and it was suggested that walnut species could be given priority under the condition of deep loosening and thickening of Hakka soil,and maize planting should be given priority under the condition of deep loosening and thickening engineering.To sum up,this research takes the water conservation of the land scale as the breakthrough point,and finds out the index factors that affect the water conservation ability,and carries out the comparative analysis of the water conservation ability before and after the development.Through the comparative analysis of three aspects of water conservation in different crop types,different soil types and different soil thickening projects,the research ideas and theoretical support for land development and ecological environment protection in the future are provided.At the same time,it will promote the conservation of water conservation in the process of land development in the future.
