The R?D Investment Of Dingxin Company And Its Effect Analysis

This is the age of knowledge economy,the new scientific and technological revolution in the world is developing rapidly,many enterprises are focused on technological innovation,and make the research and development investment as a key development strategy and the important breakthrough of the jumped development.It is not difficult to find that in recent years,China has begun to attach importance to R&D investment,but compared with western countries,there are many deficiencies in R&D investment in China.Lishui Dingxin Biological Engineering co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as Dingxin Company)is an enterprise specializing in aquaculture,located in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province.Since its establishment,the company has always attached highly importance to R&D investment,and always has been at the forefront of the aquaculture innovation in Lishui's aquaculture industry.Through the analysis of Dingxin's R&D investment and its effects,it is possible to better study how the aquaculture enterprises adapt to the new environment of the current market industry and explore new ways to accelerate the transformation and development.This paper conducts case analysis and cost-benefit analysis on the giant salamander,stone frog,creek fish by reviewing the R&D investment situation and related data of Dingxin Company from 2011 to 2017.Moreover,analyzes the comprehensive effect of R&D investment in four aspects: corporate value,market competitiveness,technology contribution,and social satisfaction,then selects the best decision that is conducive to the sustainable development of Dingxin Company.Dingxin's continuous R&D investment is the key to improving the company's benefits,insisting on R&D investment is also the core reason why Dingxin has maintained the leading position in the aquatic industry in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province for many years.Based on the R&D effect analysis of Dingxin Company,this paper summarizes the possible risks and puts forward some practical suggestions.It is hoped that Dingxin will be able to quickly make up the shorts and achieve sustainable and overstepping development.At the same time,it will provide a model for accelerating development of aquaculture companies in Zhejiang Province,and help promote the transformation and upgrading of the aquatic industry.
