Studies On The Contamination Of AFB₁,ZEA,DON In Feedstuffs In Chinain Recent Three Years

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by mould,including Aflatoxins B₁,Zearalenone and Deoxynivalenol.With livestock feeding,mycotoxins enter body and influence animal health,body function,growth performance negatively.Sometimes mycotoxins are lethal.Aflatoxins B₁ has high toxicity and carcinoge nicity.Aflatoxins would result in grave damage to liver and kidney function and inhibit immune system.Zearalenone would damages reproductive system and immune system of animal.Deoxynivalenol would make livestock vomiting,and retarded growth.In the current research,a total of 518 samples were collected from 15 provinces of China in 2014,including 213 samples of feeds and 305 samples of raw materials.In 2015,792 samples were collected from 19 provinces of China,including 362 samples of feeds and 553 samples of raw materials.In 2016,792 samples were collected from 20 provinces of C hina,including 305 samples of feeds and 487 samples of raw materials.Aflatoxins B₁,Zearalenone,Deoxynivalenol of all the samples were detected byenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay?ELISA?.In the results,for the samples in 2014,average level of Aflatoxins B₁was 35.35?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 14.17%.Average level of Zearalenone was 288.20?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 11.22%.Average level of Deoxynivalenol was 920.65?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 23.60%.For the sample in 2015,average level of Aflatoxin B₁ was4.61?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 2.94%.Average level of Zearalenone was 633.11?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 15.57%.Average level of Deoxynivalenol was 1942.90?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 39.68%.For the sample in 2016,average level of Aflatoxin B₁ was12.64?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 4.60%.Average level of Zearalenone was 180.74?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 5.31%.Average level of Deoxynivalenol was 1259.85?g/kg,the over-limit rate was 27.47%.In conclusion,the mycotoxin contamination level of feedstuffs samples was influenced by feedstuffs species.The contamination of Aflatoxin B₁ in cottonseed meal was higher than other feedstuff species,but the level of Zearalenone and Deoxynivalenol was low.The contamination of Deoxynivalenol in wheat,wheat bran and barley was high.And the level of Zearalenone in DDGS and protein powder was great.The contamination level of mycotoxins in the samples collected from East C hina and Central China was greater the other area.The contamination of mycotoxins in Northeast C hina wasthe most light.
