In recent years,Xinjiang grape industry has been developing rapidly,but the harvest of wine grapes mainly depends on manual completion,which has the problems of high labor intensity,high collecting cost and low efficiency.So,mechanized harvesting is the inevitable trend of development.Considering the fact that the volume of the original grape harvester was too large and the turning operation was difficult,this paper designed a ring chain fruit gathering and conveying device aimed to reduce the spatial structure of wine grape collection and delivery device and provide support for the optimization of wine grape harvester.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First,according to the planting mode and management mode of Xinjiang wine grape hedgerow frame and the research status of various space transport chains,the transport capacity of various space transport chains was analyzed,and the circular chain was determined as the transport chain of the wine grape harvester.The selection and design of the conveying method,collection method,driving method and hydraulic driving part were carried out,and the overall scheme of the ring chain fruit collection conveyor for grape wine harvester was finally determined.According to the above scheme,the strength of the ring chain was checked and calculated,and the maximum force of the ring chain during the driving process was 770.33 N.The geometric relationship between the size parameter of the chain and the radius of the circular guide rail was drawn,and the minimum turning radius of the guide way was determined to be 400 mm.The polygon effect during the movement of the ring chain was analyzed,the interaction between the ring chain and the conveying sprocket was studied,and the relationship between the speed and acceleration of the ring chain and the parameters of the driving sprocket was obtained.A linear model for driving sprocket tooth number and guide way radius was established,and LINGO was used to solve it.When the number of drive sprocket teeth was 17,the turning radius of the guide rail was 400 mm,and the non-uniform coefficient of the chain was 1.7,which met the design requirements and work needs.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the static and dynamic analysis of key working parts was performed to verify the rationality of the design of the key working parts of the fruit gathering and conveying device.With the operating parameters of the device,hydraulic motor which is one of the key components of the hydraulic system was selected and checked,and the BYM-160 cycloidal gear motor of Zhenjiang Hydraulic Parts Factory was selected.Finally,by analyzing the harmonic response of the modal solution,it was determined that the natural frequency avoided the frequency of the excitation force.The amplitude-frequency response curve was obtained through the harmonic response analysis,then the peak in the curve and the frequencies 1050 Hz and 1040 Hz corresponding to the peak were analyzed.This not only verified that resonance did not occur under the harmonic vibration of the excitation source,but also that the stress at the peak frequency satisfied the strength requirement.
