| China’s straw resources are abundant,and corn straw accounts for about 1/3 of the total stalk resources.There is a large amount of corn stalk resources in Xinjiang,but corn stalks are treated with unreasonable utilization,low utilization,and serious waste.At the same time,in Xinjiang,the aquaculture industry is developed but there is a shortage of forage resources.The contradiction between forage grasses restricts the development of the aquaculture industry in Xinjiang,and it is urgent to look for sources of feed.Feeding corn stalks is an important way to make effective use of corn stalk resources.Processing corn stalks into pellet feed can effectively relieve the contradiction between the forages and promote the development of the aquaculture industry.Due to the fact that corn stalks are mostly distributed in rural areas,large-scale feed processing equipment is not suitable for small-scale farmers because of its high price,complicated technology,and high working environment requirements.Therefore,the key components of the corn stalk granulation process are designed and researched in this paper.The household corn stalk granulation platform is set up to explore the equipment and working parameters suitable for corn stalk granulation.(1)Study on the characteristics of corn stalks after comminution.The corn stalks were crushed by a hammer mill with different mesh sizes,and tested with a universal testing machine and a self-made compression device.Analyze the relationship between moisture content,screen size,compression speed,and maximum shrinkage force.(2)Based on the design concept of household type,corn stalk,and multi-purpose machine,the key components of the granulation platform process and key equipment are designed to determine the overall design of the household corn stalk granulation platform.According to the overall plan,the smashing device is a 9FZ-50 straw crusher combined with a 8mm screen;the conveying device is a screw conveyor and the designed screw conveyor control cabinet;the granulation device is a Jinneng 450 type die granulator,and the design The flat model.(3)The EDEM discrete element software was used to simulate the granulation process of the flat die granulation process.Through analysis,it is clear that the extrusion force of the material decreases with the increase of the aperture of the flat die,which verifies the feasibility of the flat die design.(4)Pulverized corn stalks were subjected to a granulation test to investigate the influence of water content and the ratio of the flat-die aperture on the particle molding density,productivity,and crush resistance.Use Design-Expert software to optimize the analysis of the regression model of each experimental factor,determine the available flat die aperture is 4mm,6mm,8mm,the material moisture content needs to be between 25% to 35%.(5)The conclusions obtained in this paper provide reference for follow-up research on household corn stalk granulation. |
