This experiment uses corn straw from the eastern and western regions of Inner Mongolia as raw materials to degrade the cellulose in the straw. The main purpose is to use the wild strains selected by the laboratory in the local corn fields,a few laboratory tests were used to determine several compounding ratios, and then a large-scale microscale pilot test was conducted locally to determine the best process plan.Improve straw utilization efficiency and better guide agricultural production. After the preliminary laboratory test and rescreening results,it was determined that the inoculums were: lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and Bacillus subtilis in a ratio of2:2:1 and the inoculation volume was 10%.8%,6%.After the addition of the three kinds of compound inoculants, the results of the pilot test showed that the addition of an appropriate amount of yeast to the traditional micro-storage with lactic acid bacteria as the main starter can significantly improve the flavor of the straw feed, which is more conducive to the increase of feed intake of livestock. The addition of Bacillus subtilis can degrade the cellulose in the straw, making the feed more nutritious, the texture more soft, and significantly improving palatability. After the relevant indicators were determined by micro-storage fermentation,it was found that 8% of inoculum in a single strain of bacteria had a good fermentation effect, and 10% of the inoculum volume in the natural compound was excellent. However, the effect of entrapping cellulosic fungicide is general, and it is necessary to further study the process of activated ball breaking. Both sites showed that the p H of the 8% inoculum dropped to a minimum, the treatment site dropped to3.91,and the test site decreased to 3.8.The inoculum volume with the highest total acid content reached 10%,Tongliao increased from 11.44g/kg to 15.44g/kg,an increase of 34.97%,and the total acid content in the test site increased by an average of 43.59%.Changes in reducing sugars improve overall with 8%.The effect of degrading cellulose was most obvious in the experimental area 1 b.The three depths decreased by an average of 26.77%.The crude protein in the b treatment increased the most, and the three depths increased by an average of 18.28%.The effect of degrading cellulose in the second place B was tested. The most obvious is that the three depthshave dropped by an average of 39.77%.The B crude protein rises most, and the three depths increase by an average of 23.56%.
