The Research On Softwood Cutting And Cultivation Techniques Of Apocynum

Apocynum venetum is a perennial herb.Its vegetation is creeping and it can create a good landscape.The vitality of Apocynum is very tenacious,it has many advantages,such as cold tolerance,drought,barren,tread and so on.So in recent years,there is a good prospect in the market,and the demand for seedlings is increasing.In addition,Apocynum venetum is an important medicine for treating coronary heart disease and hypertension,the demand is greatly improved.In order to speed up the propagation of Apocynum venetum and meet the requirements of urban landscape configuration and medicinal value,a series of experiments on shoot propagation of Apocynum venetum were carried out to find out the efficient and excellent seedling cultivation methods for demand.In this experiment,the growth state and rate of Apocynum venetum were observed under different substrates,rooting powder and rooting powder in different lengths of Apocynum.The softwood cuttings with good clustering and similar characteristics were moved to outdoor for cultivation.In order to find the best cuttage combination,the best way of planting is to provide the basis for large scale promotion in Inner Mongolia area.In this paper,four factors and four levels of orthogonal test L16(4~4)were applied to softwood cutting of Apocynum venetum.After several months of observation,the rooting rate,root morphology,root length and root dry weight of the rooting cuttings of Apocynum Apocynum under different treatment conditions were studied and analyzed.The cultivation experiments of strong and well formed plants were selected and repeated for one time.The specific factors were as follows:the irrigation period of 5 days,10 days and 20 days after planting was fixed,the planting conditions of film mulching,hygroscopic agent and non mulching film,no fertilization,spraying urea and recovering Hefei.The survival rate,seedling height,branching and green biomass of Apocynum venetum under different cultivation conditions were observed,so as to select the best combination of landscape benefits.The results of the experiment are as follows:(1)Different matrix ratio,different plant length,different root powder concentration and different soaking methods have a certain influence on the rooting situation of Apocynum.The most important factor affecting rooting of Apocynum venetum is the length of cuttings.(2)The best combination of the cuttage test of Apocynum Apocynum is A3B4C2D3,that is the perlite with the ratio of 7:3,the length of the peat soil,the length of the cuttings at 20cm,the concentration of the root powder of 500ppm,and the growth of the cuttage seedlings under the condition of soaking 10min.(3)Three plants with three levels of cultivation were selected.It is concluded that the best cultivation combination of the whole plant is A3B2C1,that is,the irrigation cycle is20 days after the planting,and it is the most suitable cultivation to apply Hefei as the base manure and to inhibit the growth of weeds on the ground covering.In the best combination,the survival rate and seedling growth of Apocynum venetum reached the best.
