In this paper,150 F7 recombinant inbred lines constructed with high drought-resistant inbred line K55/weak drought resistant inbred line K58 were used as research materials.Polyethylene glycol?PEG-6000?was used to simulate drought stress,and it was obtained under both water and drought conditions.Seed germination experiments were conducted to determine the seed germination related traits of seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,embryo length,radicle length,and seedling biomass?including radicle,germ fresh weight,and dry weight?,combined with previous use.Based on the genetic map constructed by SNP and SSR markers,QTL mapping and analysis of seed germination related traits were performed using ICIM mapping using IciMapping 4.0.It provides important reference for sunflower gene mapping,molecular marker assisted breeding and other work.Below are key research findings:?1?The results of the epidemiological analysis of seed germination-related traits showed that the coefficient of variation under simulated drought stress was greater than normal moisture,except for the length of germ.The relative range of the relative values of all traits ranged from 91.82 to 209.43,and the mean value ranged from 21.13to 67.98,indicating that the differences between the nine traits and the 150 strains were greater for the drought stress.?2?Analysis of variance showed that there were significant or extremely significant differences among the 150 lines.The kurtosis and skewness of each trait under both water conditions ranged from-1 to 1,consistent with the normal distribution pattern.All 9 traits related to germination can be used for QTL mapping analysis.?3?Using IciMapping 4.0,using ICIM mapping method,the LOD value was set to2.5 as QTL entry threshold,and QTL positioning analysis was performed on 9indicators.A total of 15 QTLs with 7 traits were detected,distributed on 4 linkage groups,and the most abundant 6 QTLs were detected on the 11th linkage group;the6th and 12th linkage groups had the least distribution and 2 were detected respectively.QTL.Five QTLs with differences in traits were also detected on three linkage groups.?4?In all QTLs detected,3 R2s were greater than 10%,maximum LODs were4.98,there were 12 positive additive effects,and 8 negative additive effects,of which 5QTLs were resistant to drought.Research may have a direct contribution effect.All the detected QTLs can provide important reference for future drought resistance molecular design breeding of sunflower.
