Research On The Modern Sericulture Technology Extension System In Guangxi

Silkworm and mulberry industry is the traditional dominant industry in China.In recent years,the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has become an important sericulture Province in China.The sericulture in Guangxi has a very long history and has a great advantage in silkworm breeding,mulberry planting and silk reeling,compared with other parts of China.By the end of 2016,only in Guangxi silkworm cocoon selling income has reached nearly 75 billion 500 million,sericulturist income doubled,and the silkworm production throughout the region 74 counties(cities),603 townships(town),5405 villages,843 thousand and 700 households.However,we also see that the rapid development of Guangxi sericulture also exposed a lot of problems.Because of Guangxi's current economic development is relatively backward,sericulture production remains to the traditional rural household management of small scale,low cultural level and Cannong to aging development,making the new technology and new varieties of sericulturist knowledge acceptance capability is relatively low,sericulture management style is more extensive,the basic conditions and the relatively backward technology and equipment,machinery low level,low production efficiency,there are economic benefits of mulberry industry decline,cocoon quality is not strong,the development of sericulture industry chain longitudinal extension and difficult to break through,silkworm resource utilization rate is low.Therefore,we need to actively explore further improve the technology popularization system of the present stage of Guangxi sericulture,the ways and means to promote the transformation and upgrading of sericulture industry,the rapid promotion of Guangxi sericulturist sericulture production management level.This paper from the sericulture technology popularization theory,analysis on the domestic and foreign sericulture planting and breeding of the relevant literature,and the current situation of the development of sericulture in Guangxi conducted an in-depth investigation and study of Guangxi sericulture development situation and problems,and to the modern sericulture theory and innovation theory,combined with the actual situation of Guangxi,systematic analysis at present,Guangxi sericulture technology promotion system advantages and problems,and the use of field research and questionnaire,the large amount of Guangxi sericulture farmers,technicians conducted in-depth investigation,analysis of their views and new technology for sericulture demand and the related problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement of Guangxi sericulture technology extension system: to improve Guangxi sericulture technology extension service system at all levels,the government should continue to increase the Guangxi sericulture Support Manager Shun management mechanism of sericulture technology extension system;the establishment of a diversified investment mechanism,increase capital investment;to broaden the extension service content,strengthen the professional and technical personnel training;to promote sericulture demonstration base construction to promote high-tech;and strive to improve the Guangxi major silk enterprise cooperation;to improve the process of informatization construction of Guangxi Sericulture Area;encourage the establishment of the paid service mechanism,cultivation and development of rural broker;the establishment of an effective security system,lay a good foundation for Guangxi sericulture technology promotion and development of sericulture industry in Guangxi.
