The breeding information of breeding eggs mainly records breeding information such as egg weight,laying number and egg quality of breeding chickens.Egg number and marker number are the most important parts.At present,the collection of breeding eggs for breeding hens depends mainly on artificial labor at home and abroad,which is not only labor intensive and inefficient,but also easy to cause data errors.Therefore,it is urgent to set up an automatic information acquisition system for breeding eggs and breeding eggs.In this paper,the automatic weighing and attitude adjustment device of egg breeding in the automatic collection production line of seed egg breeding is studied in the following aspects:1)Three dimensional modeling of the whole production line is carried out,and the transmission scheme of the whole machine and the coordination principle of the egg weighing device,attitude adjustment device and other modules are studied and analyzed.2)The scheme comparison and experimental study of the egg groove overturn mechanism have been made to determine the appropriate flipping speed 30r/min and the flipping angle of 40 degrees,making the eggs safely and quickly rolling down the conveyor belt.The physical characteristics of the eggs were measured to provide data reference for the size design of the egg weighing device and the attitude adjustment device.3)Structural parameter design and experimental study of egg weighing device.The analysis method and Matlab software are used to optimize the size of the roller cam mechanism,and the influence of the two conditions of the same and the opposite direction on the pressure angle of the mechanism is studied.The structure parameters of the egg posture adjusting device are designed.According to the working principle,the gap distance and combination number of the light axis and the elastic steel sheet are tested and analyzed.The optimum clearance distance is 50 mm,the optical axis and the elastic steel sheet are 1groups and 2 groups respectively,which are the best parameters combination mode.According to the test results,the "adjusting" rate of the attitude adjustment device is99.3%,the adjusting time is 1.8 to 2.7 s,and the relevant control system is designed at the same time.4)The virtual simulation analysis is carried out by the simulation software ADAMS for the turnover mechanism of the egg groove.The displacement,speed,acceleration characteristic curve of the cam and the egg groove,the curve of the turning angle of the egg groove and the contact force curve of the cam and the pendulum are obtained to verifythe stability and safety of the transmission performance of the mechanism.The three-dimensional model of breeder eggs weighing device was established,and modal analysis was carried out to study the possibility of resonance occurrence,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the weighing device.5)The statics and fatigue strength of the breeder eggs adjusting device were analyzed to study the reliability and durability of the device.6)The trial production and test of the egg weighing and reloading prototype were carried out to solve the problems encountered in the assembly process of the prototype.According to the experimental results,the weighing error range of the egg weighing device is ±0.2g and the relative error rate is 0.15%.
