In recent years, with the gradual depletion of marine fishery resources, as well asoffshore aquaculture and traditional small-scale cage culture in available resources,production efficiency, environmental protection, and so many shortcomings. Cageaquaculture as a modern high-tech development has great significance of fisheries.Improve feed utilization, reduce farming costs, act a significant role in promoting thedevelopment of aquaculture.Cage feeding systems is a automation control system building for remotecentralized large-scale breeding cage. The development of remote automatic feedingsystems can greatly reduce the application of labor intensity of farming, improve thefeed utilization, reduce the human error and improve the efficiency of farming in thebreeding process. And as well as for improving the culture production of the breedingcage, it has a great significant of the Conversion from the traditional model to themodern culture model. the amount of artificial feed is amazing used for the hugenumber of cages, the annual investment is a Very large number. Aquaculture feed isthe most important variable cost. The use of ultrasound technology is aims tomonitoring the remaining bait in the cage, design a monitoring system that can beapplied to farming systems for a variety of water environment.And applied thismonitoring system in the automated farming system to achieve precise feeding.The overall objective of this thesis is to achieve the digital management of cageculture. Use ultrasonic inspection techniques to monitor surplus food, to achieve thegoal of accurate feeding. Design the PLC control system, database managementsystems and human-computer interface. To achieve automation control of the entirebreeding process and real-time monitoring.This article is for the automatic feeding machine used in cage aquaculture. Thefirst workflow is the initialization of the various constituent bodies. Adding feed to thesilo, and the distributor’s position adjustment. Automatic feeding machine usespneumatic conveying. When the device initialization is complete, start unloading andfan start etc, the feed will be put to the specified cage. This point is the end of a cycle,Then adjusting the distributor and start the next work cycle. Followed by the workcycle until all work is done.In order to solve the problem of efficient use of feed in cage breeding process, thispaper design a monitoring feedback control system that based on acoustic detection.The system uses STC89C53processor chip as the core of the system. Use SCM totransmit high-frequency oscillation pulse.Deal with by a transmitter and power amplifier modules then transmitting ultrasonic signal by the transducer. This signal isused to monitor the remaining feed in the cage.When the thickness of the accumulationof feed reach the set value, Receive the echo signal through the transducer. This signalis processing by the band-pass amplifier and receiver circuit module, then sent by thewireless transmitter to the computer control center. The signal issued by the computercontrol center which is used to control the monitoring system on and off is received bythe wireless receiver module on the side of monitoring system. In order to make thesystem more optimized, this paper designed the second monitoring program. Thisprogram uses Atmega16microcontroller as the core processor. Design an electronicdoor by microcontroller in order to deal with the interference of unwanted signal.Experiments show that, both of the two design can achieve the purpose of accuratelymonitoring. By comparing the two programs, analysis of their strengths andweaknesses, design has been optimized.Design of the software control system, in this paper, use Siemens S7-200PLC ascontroller. Analysis the workflow of the whole management system, design flow chartof the program. According to the required digital and analog and the control flow toassigned address and write the ladder program. Design application management systembased on MCGS. Debugging and improved the design, complete the system design atlast. Management system is simple, reliable and run well.
