This paper studied the effect of 2 microbial fertilizers in 4 fertilizer-saving levels on soil available nutrients,rhizosphere microorganisms,agronomic characters,physical characters,chemical composition,and economic characters of tobacco.The main conclusions were as followed:1.Adding microbial fertilizer Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei under full amount of fertilizer application could improve content of soil available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium.The soil available nutrients of 2 kinds of microbial fertilizers in 10% fertilizer-saving level were no significant decline than CK in the whole growth period.2.The carbon utilization ability of groups treated with Jingnong No.1 in 10%,20%,30% fertilizer-saving levels and Degenbei in 0%,10%,20%,30% fertilizer-saving levels were higher than CK.The richness index,dominance index and evenness index of groups treated with Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei were significantly higher than CK in 4 fertilizer-saving levels.However,there were differences between 2 microbial fertilizers on the preference of carbon sources,the preference of Jingnong No.1 were metabolites;and glucides and its ramification,fatty acids,lipids were Dengenbei.3.Adding Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei under full amount of fertilizer application could improve tobacco agronomic characters.Tobacco agronomic characters under application of Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei in 10% fertilizer-saving level had little difference compared with the CK in the whole growth period,and the effect of fertilizer-saving on the agronomic characters was mainly reflected in the maturity stage.4.Effects of adding microbial fertilizer under fertilizer-saving condition on flue-cured tobacco leaf length,leaf wide,single leaf weight,leaf thickness were greater than stem ratio of flue-cured tobacco.Which had no significant decline compared with CK that the physical traits of each part of flue-cured tobacco treated with application of Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei in 10% fertilizer-saving level.5.Adding Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei under full amount of fertilizer application could improve the yield,the output value,the ratio of medium-topped tobacco leaves,the output value increased by 1281 yuan,1844 yuan per hectare respectively than CK,the ratio of medium-topped flue-cured tobacco increased by 1.41,3.04 percentage points respectively.The yield,output value and the proportion of medium-topped tobacco leaves treated with application of Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei in 10% fertilizer-saving level were decreased compared with the full amount of fertilizer application,but the difference was not significant.6.The content of total sugar and reducing sugar in different parts of flue-cured tobacco leaves treated with application of Jingnong No.1 or Degenbei were higher than CK,in the order of lower leaves > middle leaves > upper leaves.The other chemical compositions were not significantly different from the CK.The chemical components of flue-cured tobacco treated with application of Jingnong No.1 or Degen bei in 10% and 20% fertilizer-saving levels were suitable.Combined with the comprehensive evaluation of all indexes,the appropriate fertilizer-saving rate of 2 microbial fertilizers were 10%,and the Degenbei were better than Jingnong No.1.
