| Rape is the main oil crop in China.Rape as a study of the mechanical properties of agricultural materials,can guide the cultivation and harvest of rape in theory.The anti-cracking angle is an important index for the cracking of rapeseed pods and has great research value.As a result of rape kerate horn,resulting in rape before harvest and harvest will be a serious loss.The research on the anti-cracking angle of the fruit is of great significance to the optimization and design of the rape harvesting machinery,the breeding of the excellent varieties of rapeseed and the improvement of the production efficiency.Many experts and scholars on the rape angle angle was measured,I believe that the stress to reflect the ability to crack angle kerosene more accurate.In the process of reading the literature,there are rare studies on the elastic modulus of rapeseed pear,the author measured the elastic modulus of rapeseed horn,and obtained the difference of elastic modulus of different varieties of rapeseed.Design to reverse the test pieces,and constantly improve the test program,by measuring the rape pod limit stress.Then,the loss rate of cuttings in rapeseed was investigated in the field,and the correlation between rapeseed pod limit stress and cutting loss was obtained by data analysis.This article is mainly from the following points to carry out research:1.The elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of rapeseed pods were measured.The elastic modulus of oil profit 6 was 271 MPa and Poisson’s ratio was 0.162.The elastic modulus of early maturing 420 is 312 MPa and the Poisson’s ratio is 0.132.The compressive modulus of the hybrid oil 1613 is 32 0MPa and the Poisson’s ratio is 0.126.2.The limit stress of keratocarpal fissure was measured,oil profit was 1.137,the early maturing 420 was 0.716,and the hybrid oil 1613 was 1.015.The angular stress of different varieties of rape was calculated.No.0.4222 MPa,early maturing 420 is 0.3137 MPa,Hunan oil 1613 is 0.4885 MPa.3.Through field investigation,the relevant parameters of different rape varieties were harvested and the loss rate of cutting table was obtained.By comparison,it can be concluded that the limit stress of different rape angle is different.In the investigation,it is found that the rape varieties with high angular stress stress are slightly lower than other varieties in the actual mechanized harvest The The average loss rate of oil interest 6 was 9.47%,and the standard deviation was 0.0197,and the yield was slightly higher than that of the other two rape cultivars.420 average loss rate of 12.13%,the standard deviation of 0.0174,Xiangyou oil 1613 average loss rate of 12.45%,the standard deviation of 0.0182. |
