In recent years,with the development of the silage industry supported by the state,the mechanization degree of silage harvesting is becoming higher and higher.As a key part of silage harvesting machinery,the structure optimization of cutting platform is of great significance to the development of silage harvesting machinery.At present,most of the silage harvester cutting platforms in China are small and medium-sized cutting platforms with small working width,which cannot meet the requirements of large-scale silage harvesting operations.In this study,9QX-6000 BC cutting platform was taken as the research object,and structural optimization design and performance test were carried out on the key components of the cutting platform.The main research contents of this topic include:(1)Using Solid Works software to 9QX-6000 BC cutting platform for 3D modeling,and the transmission system analysis,the results show that the transmission system structure design is reasonable,high transmission efficiency,transmission heat,can meet the cutting platform for a long time continuous operation requirements.(2)The hydraulic folding device of the cutting platform is designed.The parameters of the hydraulic cylinder are piston diameter D=80mm,piston rod diameter d=40mm,and the flow rate of the hydraulic system is 30.6L/min.The hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed by AMEsim,and the performance parameters of the hydraulic system are verified.And the hydraulic system is optimized design,by adding throttle valve in the hydraulic system,and set the throttle valve opening,effectively solve the problem of pressure impact when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is extended.(3)The cutting table cutter was designed,and the blade material of the cutter was determined to be 65 Mn structural steel.The ANSYS finite element static analysis and modal analysis were carried out on the cutter.According to the simulation results,the maximum stress on the cutter was 323.82 MPa,which was less than the yield strength of the material itself,and the deformation generated by the cutter was mainly concentrated on the blade.The maximum displacement is 0.19mm;Secondly,the structure of the suspension hanger is designed,and the kinematics simulation analysis of the cutter trajectory is carried out by ADAMS software,which verifies that the suspension hanger has a good copying function.(4)Field performance test of 9QX-6000 BC silage harvester cutting platform was conducted at Sanjianfang Village Demonstration Base,Jianggezhuang Town,Luannan County,Tangshan City on September 7,2022.The working parameters of the silage harvester are set as the forward speed of 5km/h,the cutting speed of300r/min and the ground clearance of the cutting platform of 80 mm.The experimental results showed that the optimized design of the cutting table in this study was 1.3% harvest loss rate,the average stubble height was 102 mm,the average harvest loss rate of the cutting table before optimization was 2.5%,and the average stubble height was 115 mm.The experimental results showed that the harvest quality of the optimized cutting table was improved to a certain extent,and the optimization effect was good.
