Lower temperature and sunlight is the main limiting factor affecting Nanxiong tobacco seedling cultivation.In order to solve the problem of low temperature in Nanxiong tobacco seedling stage as a result of seedling shed temperature and seedling pool water temperature is low,the seedling emergence time long,slow growth,long seedling,quality is not high,leading to problems after transplanting to field seedling length,this study investigated the effects of different seedling technology of tobacco seedling quality,at the same time comparison of the breed in different seedling technology of tobacco seedlings showed the field efficiency,aims to cultivate high-quality tobacco seedlings for Nanxiong tobacco production has laid a good foundation.The main results are as follows:(1)From the agronomic traits:in seedling period,different seedling technology promoted the seedling stage to cross seedling growth.Among them,the growth period of tobacco seedling was the shortest(T3)during the seedling period,which was 17 D shorter than that of CK.To the seedling stage,T3 processing of individual plant growth significantly faster than the other 3 treatments,stem height,stem diameter,leaf number,leaf area,shoot fresh weight,root dry weight and shoot dry weight were the highest,compared with CK were increased by 15.74%,20.71%,43.03%,58.18%,59.72%.71.43%and 66.67%.(2)For root activity and physiological characteristics:at seedling,different seedling technology of processing can root activity and chlorophyll content of tobacco seedlings increased significantly after seedling.On the nitrate reductase activity and soluble protein content,T3 treatment compared with CK were significantly increased by 8.34%and34.57%;the accumulation of tobacco seedling leaf MDA showed CK>T1>T2>T3,the cell membrane system of tobacco seedlings treated with T3 light,and the activity of SOD T3 treatment was the highest,the free proline content in tobacco seedlings the lowest in the treatment of T3.(3)For chemical composition:the results of tobacco routine chemical indexes showed that total nitrogen,nicotine and protein content of T3 treatment was the highest,T3 ratio of sugar to nicotine was suitable,Shmuck value below 2.5,the chemical composition than the other three treatments more coordinated.(4)For economic characters:the output value,the proportion of superior tobacco and the average price of tobacco were significantly higher than that of CK in the demonstration area.In terms of tobacco yield,the proportion of superior tobacco and the output value,T3treatment increased more than CK,increased by 5.94%,16.67%and 8.19%,respectively.(5)For economic benefits:T1,T2 and T3 value were 66399.40 yuan/hm~2,64568.69yuan/hm~2 and 67504.38 yuan/hm~2,after deducting the cost increase of 3356 yuan/hm~2,it can be compared with CK net income increased 651.58 yuan/hm~2 and 1756.56 yuan/hm~2T1 and T3.The results showed that during the seedling period,the increase of the smoke of the metal halide lamp irradiation(T3 treatment)was the highest. |
