PRRS(Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome)is a highly potent infectious disease,and it has become one of the most important diseases which hazard our pig industry since its presence in China was confirmed in 1996.PRRS is mainly prevented by vaccine,and vaccine on the market is in a wide range of mixed quality,the effect is less than ideal.Pathological evaluation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome disorder Vaccine to evaluate the effect of injury to piglets' immune organs from different PRRS vaccine and protection after virulent attacks.1.Sixty healthy newborn piglets were selected and divided into five groups-non-immunized control group(K group),5pcs;non-immunized control study(G group),10pcs;MLV vaccine group attack drug group,TJM92 vaccine attack drug group,JXA-1R vaccine virus attack group,each 15 pcs.Each immune & attack groups were labeled as experimental group A,experimental group B and experimental group C.24-day-old pigs vaccinated groups,an intramuscular injection parts;sacrificed 38 days in the control group and experimental group each three observed gross lesions;52-day-old attack drug(JX-1 strain-5th generation drug 104.5TCID50 / mL)per pig 3 m L,21 days after challenge were sacrificed pigs had not died.Collected samples of lung,tonsil,lung-lymph node to do H.E.staining,esterase(?-NAE)and methyl green-pyronin staining(MG-P,plasma cells detection).2.Overall rating lung disease and H.E.staining showed: Three vaccine for pigs in varying degrees of lung damage,and after the attack Zhu JX-1,have a protective effect on lung three kinds of vaccines.3.HE staining results showed that: the difference between the experimental group vaccine injury to the spleen,lymph nodes and tonsils were not significant,while in group A,group B,group C and non-immunized control group compared to the control group K group,the difference significant.Described three kinds of vaccine are immunized piglets immune organs has some injury,manifested as lymphocyte immune organ degeneration and necrosis,reducing the number of lymphocytes.After challenge,the experimental group differences in strain injury to the spleen,lymph nodes and tonsils are not significant,while in group A,group B,group C as compared to non-immunized control group,challenge control group G group,the difference was significant.It described three kinds of vaccine for pigs immune organs have a protective effect.4.Esterase staining and methyl green-pyronin staining results show that: the vaccine between the experimental groups in spleen,lymph nodes and tonsils differences in the degree of injury was not significant,while in group A,group B,group C and non-immunized blank control group compared to the control group K group,a significant difference.NOTE After immunization three kinds of vaccine are immune organs of piglets have some injury,spleen injury for the group C> group B> group A;lymph injury to group B> group C> groupA;after tonsil immune injury,C group> group A> group B.After challenge,the experimental group differences in strain injury to the spleen,lymph nodes and tonsils are not significant,while in group A,group B,group C as compared to non-immunized control group,challenge control group G,the difference was significant.It showed that: piglets' immune organs were protected by vaccine after JX-1 strain attack.In summary,the present study confirmed the injury on lung and immune organs of piglets from PRRS vaccine,and,the extent of injury is different as vaccine.this is the farm for PRRS prevention and control and the prevention and control of vaccine selection and provide a theoretical basis for vaccine research It provides a new way of thinking for prevention & control of PRRS and selection of PRRS vaccine during the prevention & control.What's more,it provides a new thinking for preparing of PRRS vaccine.
