Goosegrass?Eleusine indica L.?is a monocot weed in the Poaceae family,which are growing in the xerophytic crop fields,orchards or roadside widely and well known for its high fecundity and wide tolerance traits and is listed as one of the world's worst weeds.Paraquat belongs to the bipyridine herbicide,which is mainly used to control field and orchard weeds.Glufosinate is an organophosphorus herbicide,which is gradually used to control orchard and field weeds because of its advantages of good absorption,high activity,high herbicide spectrum and low toxicity.The E.indica populations in different areas of Guangdong Province were researched,by using the method of whole plant and Petri dish testing,determined the resistance level of E.indica of different areas of Guangdong province,the relative resistant population,the relative susceptible population of E.indica to paraquat and glufosinate were selected out,and determination of polyamine content,ammonium accumulation and gdhA gene expression.The main results showed that:?1?It was found that each branch number of the paraquat relative resistance populations is more than the relative sensitive populations,but each branch grain number relatively less sensitive population from the different areas of Guangdong province before panicle grain mature early.?2?Under the treatment of different doses of paraquat to E.indica populations,can found the paraquat relative sensitive E.indica population is MZ04 from Meizhou,its GR50value is 24.29 g a.i.ha-1,and the resistance level of E.indica populations is QY05 from Qingyuan is the highest,its GR50 can achieved 314.43 g a.i.ha-1and the resistance index IR can reached 12.94.?3?Under the treatment of different doses of glufosinate to E.indica populations,can found the glufosinate relative sensitive E.indica population is NX from Nixi,its GR50value is 6.37 g a.i.ha-1,and the relative resistance level of E.indica populations is CS02from Chaozhou is the highest,its GR50 can achieved 41.08 g a.i.ha-1and the resistance index IR can reached 6.45.?4?AUS,CS02,PY06 and ZQ02 populations were selected out duo to they have a multiple resistance to paraquat and glufosinate according to the resistance levels of E.indica populations to paraquat and glufosinate.?5?The change of polyamine content was the most significant when the dosage of paraquat was 600 g a.i.ha-1and the exposure time is 90 min.Under the 01.2 mmol·L-1Spermidine pretreatment,the activity of Superoxide dismutase?SOD?and Peroxidases?POD?gradually reduce,and reached the lowest when the concentration of Spd pretreatment is 1.2 mmol·L-1,a higher concentration of the Spd,the activity of SOD and POD rapidly increasing and higher than other treatment groups.?6?The ammonium content and the gdhA relative transcript abundances of CS02 and NX E.indica population show a obvious difference after the treatment of 400 g a.i.ha-1,and the NX population,its ammonium content and relative transcript abundances of gdhA is higher than the CS02 population.
