Choosing annual grass Sarcandra glabra,Ardisia gigantifolia stapf,Aspidistra elatior,Polygala fallax as the experimental material on the Maofeng Mountain in Longyan Dong Forest farm in Guangzhou by April 2016 to August 2017.Under the do not take fertilizer treatments,researching the height,stage,root,stem and leaf biomass,total biomass,biomass allocation,root-shoot ratio,photosynthetic characteristics,the organs of root,stem and leaf N,P,K content of the four kinds of plants,explore the laws of untergrowth plants growth,fertilization,the photosynthetic physiological characteristics,find out the plant,whose biomass and nutrient absorption is the most adaptive growth on the Maofeng Mountain,provides the reasonable basis and data support for the undergrowth planting.The main results are as follows:(1)the seedling height and biomass show an upward trend.The growth rate was the most significant in the growth of Aspidistra elatior f and Sarcandra glabra.In terms of seedling height,the growth rate of Aspidistra elatior has risen 5.8 times than the rate of Polygala fallax,449.9%.When the leaves of Ardisia gigantifolia stapf are mature,baceuse of the secious insect pests,the biomass is low.However,the growth rate of Polygala fallax and Aspidistra elatior are higher,with a growth rate of 121.55% and 194.48%.Sarcandra glabra growth are relatively weak at 89.59 percent.(2)photosynthetic rate(Pn)and water use efficiency(WUE),stomatal conductance(Cond),transpiration rate(Tr)of the undergrowth plants are obvious different in the rainy season and dry season,and the rate of photosynthetic characteristics is lesser,the photosynthetic rate of Ardisia gigantifolia stapf,Sarcandra glabra index are relatively high,the transpiration rate of Ardisia gigantifolia stapf,Polygala fallax are relatively high,the water use efficiency of Aspidistra elatior is most obvious,stomatal conductance of Ardisia gigantifolia stapf,Sarcandra glabra are most obvious.Through the correlation analysis ofgrowth and photosynthetic characteristics,the photosynthetic characteristics decreased with the increase of plant yield.(3)the contents of N,P and K in the various organs of Polygala fallax,Sarcandra glabra are expressed as leaf > root > stem,and the whole rate shows an upward trend.The stapf tire of Aspidistra elatior and Ardisia gigantifolia in each organ N,P,K content of leaf > stem > root,the leaf of Aspidistra elatior organs is significantly increasing in the nutrient element content,the root and the stem organs in N,P,K are both on the decline.According to the ratio of nutrient elements of the subordinate function,it can be found that the nutrient elements in the plant are far more than that of the Ardisia gigantifolia Sarcandra glabra,Polygala fallax,and the content of nutrient elements is the highest in Aspidistra elatior.
