To explore the effects of aflatoxin B1?AFB1?on the fermentation performance and serum biochemical indexes of the rumen yak and investigate the adsorption effect of three kinds of adsorbents on AFB1,we adopted a full factor experimental design of two factors and four levels,the different levels of AFB1:20?g/kg,40?g/kg,60?g/kg and control group,and different adsorbent treatments:montmorillonite?MMT?50g/head·d,yeast cell wall extract?YCW?50g/head·d,MMT 25g/head·d+YCW25g/head·d,and control group were added to the yak daily food,and measured a total of 14 biochemical indexes of yak rumen fluid such as pH,NH3-H,volatile fatty acid?VFA?,and so on.?1?The result showed that AFB1 reduced the pH,concentration of NH3-H,VFA,acetic,propionate,valerate,activity of avicelase,celloviase and xylanase of yak rumen,and caused the increase of acetate to propionate ratio?P<0.01 or P<0.05?.?2?All three kinds of adsorbents treatments reduced the acetate to propionate ratio and enhanced the concentration of VFA,acetate,propionate,butyrate,MCP,activity of CMCase but only the treatment of YCW was statistically significant?P<0.01 or P<0.05?.?3?AFB1 increase the concentrate of AST?ALT?LDH?GGT,and reduced the concentrate of ALB?P<0.01 or P<0.05?.?4?Three kinds of adsorbent treatments showed that the content of ALB increased in varying degrees,the content of AST,ALT,GGT,rumen AFB1,blood AFM1 decreased,but only MMT and YCW had statistical significance?P<0.01 or P<0.05?.We finally determined that AFB1 decreased pH,NH3-H,VFA,acetate,propionate,valerate content,avicelase,cellorbiase,xylanase activity,and increased the ratio of acetate to propionate of rumen yarks;AFB1 decreased the concentration of serum ALB,increased the content of AST,ALT and so on;The harm of AFB1 to the concentration of LDH of adult yaks was over 40?g/kg;Three kinds of adsorbents could inhabit the toxicity of AFB1 to yak rumen microorganism,and YCW had the best inhibitory effect.3 kinds of adsorbent treatments could reduce effect of AFB1 on serum biochemical indexes of yak,and The effect of MMT was better.
