Malus toringoides with the high economic value and ecological value is a very valuable development of wild native plants.In this study,Malus toringoides is the research object,and by selecting,we select Malus toringoides on the 7th as the highest evaluation of the best tree by comparing with other excellent trees seedlings.And then we make a experiment which we compare Malus toringoides on the 7th with the excellent trees seedlings,the experiment show that the cutting seedlings of the Malus toringoides on the 7th is better than the seedlings at morphological characteristics,growth performance,yield of leaves and nutrients.Next,we make a experiment that we try a afforestation comparison test.that by observing its growth performance in different site conditions we evaluate its adaptability,resistance and high yield,and breed new leaves of Malus toringoides-E Se tea 7th finally.At last,we combining seed germination experiment with cutting seedling experiment sum up the corresponding cultivation and management technology system.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The biological characteristics of cuttage seedlings grown in the best monoculture plants were basically the same as that of the parent tree,maintaining the excellent traits of the mother plants.It growth well,tree-shaped erect opening,hair and germination ability.Bud is hypertrophy,a bud clover length of 2.4cm,a hundred of buds weight 4.71g,germination density of 575/m~2.Buds began to sprout at the beginning of April,a bud of clover emergence time(harvest period)concentrated in mid-April,late.In the third year after planting,buds and leaves can be collected for tea.In the fifth year,the yield reached150g.The average yield of leaves in three years was 162 g/plant and the yield per mu was 12 kg.(2)There are great differences in leaf morphology among different plants of seedlings,while the morphological characteristics of the cutting seedlings grown in the best monoculture plant are more uniform with little variation.The cutting seedlings showed many excellent traits compared with the control seedlings:the budding period of different plants,bud and clover period are basically the same,sprouting neat bud began to germinate in early April,spring tea collection time mainly concentrated in 4 Mid month,late.The sprouting time of germination of seedlings varies greatly,from late March to mid-April,picking period from early April until early May;cutting seedlings planted the third year after harvest leaves for tea,three years The average leaf yield was162 g/plant,yielding 12 kg per mu,which was 4 kg higher than that of the control(8 kg/acre).The bud contained a special medicinal ingredient,flavonoid,Total flavonoids content of 14.11%,which is 1.9 times than the number of seedlings.(3)After 2 years of afforestation,the cuttings grown in all districts showed good growth performance and all could grow normally.The indexes such as tree height,diameter,crown width and number of branches were significantly improved.Among them,the cutting seedlings in the Xindu Town experimental site have the best comprehensive growth performance due to their well-managed.The average seedling height of Xindu town was 150.23cm,the average diameter was 3.5cm,the average crown width was260.55cm,the average number of shoots was 10.(4)"E SE tea 7th"of plants grow vigorously,budding period,bud and clover period and flower fruit period basically the same,budding tidy.Appearance of the tea leaves are:tender bud leaves curved,bright green color gloss,the whole crush uniform.The quality of tea:lasting fragrance,green color soup,clear and bright,fresh taste sweet glycol,leaves green uniform.The content of total flavonoids in bud leaves is 14.11%,water extract is 52.44%,amino acid is 9.01%,tea polyphenols is 5.28%,caffeine is 1.08%and crude fiber is 6.07%.All kinds of human body have rich nutrient content,which is good for human health.Leaf drink good effect.In different site conditions were normal growth,there is no frost damage,pumping,serious pests and diseases do not adapt to the phenomenon,showing a good ecological adaptability and strong resistance.(5)Cryogenic stratification and gibberellin have obvious germination to break the dormancy of the leaves of Malus toringoides villosum.The germination rates of low temperature stratification of 15 d,gibberellin of 300 mg/L and 10d+300 mg/L were respectively 94.5%,82.0%and 91%,and the germination potentials were 79%,53%and69%,respectively.The average germination index was 3.22,3.54 and 2.80 respectively.(6)Appropriate concentrations of growth regulators promoted the growth of plant cutting seedlings.When the concentration of NAA,IBA,IAA is 900 mg/L,the adventitious roots,total root length and survival rate is highest.In addition,the best NAA cuttings with the concentration of 900mg/L were applied.The number of adventitious roots,total root length and survival rate were 8.96,26.57 and 84.66%respectively.
