| With the progress and development of agricultural science and technology,the application of agricultural science and technology has been deepening,the modern agricultural mode has been promoted constantly,and the pace of modern tobacco agriculture construction has been accelerated.The current important work is building to modern tobacco farming of Guangyuan.Speeding up the construction of modern tobacco agriculture in Guangyuan is the focus of current work.At present,it is a difficulty to select suitable flue-cured tobacco varieties for local growth.This study has been conducted to study the growth characteristics and baking characteristics of new variety 09-011 in field,aimed at carrying out the cultivation of new variety and primary election work for Guangyuan tobacco area,promoting a suitable and high-quality tobacco yield,increasing tobacco growers’ income.The conclusions are as follows.(1)Nitrogen application characteristics.35 days after transplanting,the nitrogen application rate of 4.5kg/ mu is the most favorable for tobacco growth.When the tobacco is planted for 50 days and 75 days,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer of 6.5 kg/ mu can increase the growth rate of the cured tobacco.Therefore,the nitrogen application rate of6.5kg/ mu can promote the growth and maturity of tobacco plants most,and the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is the most important cultivation measure to determine the growth of tobacco plants.In the case of soil fertility,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is the decisive factor to determine the yield of flue-cured tobacco,but not the decisive factor of the proportion of first-class tobacco.In the process of cultivating,we should pay great attention to control the amount of nitrogen fertilizer,so as to achieve the maximum economic benefit.(2)Density characteristics.35 days after transplanting,the planting density of 1000 plants per mu is more conducive to the growth and development of Flue-cured tobacco.50 days after transplanting,the planting density of 1000 plants per mu promotes the growth and leaves area of tobacco plants better.75 days after transplanting,the planting density of1000 plants per mu has better plant height,stem circumference and leaves area.Therefore,the planting density of 1000 plants per mu promotes the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco better;the higher planting density makes a better yield and output value,but the proportion of middle rank quality and the first-class quality of flue-cured tobacco is is falling.(3)Baking characteristics.Leaves moisture content: bound water content in 09-011 leaves is higher,it is a important reason why it is not easy to bake.The highest ratio of dry to fresh in each part is 09-011,followed by cloud 87,and NC197.The results showed that Cured tobacco variety 09-011 can accumulate more dry matter and more productive.The leaves water loss rate: leaves water in NC297 and lower is high,and it is not easy to lose,so baking property of them is not good.The ratio of leaves vein: in lower leaves,cloud 87 has the highest ratio,09-011 has the lowest.In middle leaves,NC297 has the highest ratio,09-011 still has the lowest.Therefore,the production rate of 09-011 is higher and the production cost of 09-011 is lower.The form of yellowing: the degree of yellowing of cloud 87 lags slightly behind 09-011 and NC297.Therefore,compared with the cloud 87,09-011 and NC297 are easy to bake.Leaf pigment content: compared with three varieties,the content of the inflammation of 87 is high.Polyphenol oxidase: in three varieties,polyphenol oxidase activity in the leaves of cloud 87 changes regularly,the others changes insignificantly.Humidity in yellowing period: In the low humidity and middle humidity conditions,cloud 87 has the most proportion of superior tobacco leaves after baking.In the high humidity,NC297 has the most proportion of superior tobacco leaves after baking,followed by cloud 87. |
