Safety Risk Monitoring And Development Trend Of Imported Aquatic Products At Guangzhou Port

The number of aquatic animals imported from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is 1/4 of the national import quantity.There are more than 100 varieties through Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport into the country,involving 34 countries and regions,covering almost all the world.Main varieties of imported crustaceans(live lobster,live crabs,shrimp,pipa live urine shrimp,shrimp),shellfish(live oysters,mussels,living clam),gastropods live(screw,live abalone),fish(live eel,live eel,grouper,reptiles live(turtle),etc.Aquatic products are mainly from southeast Asia(Indonesia,Thailand,Bangladesh,Burma,Cambodia,the United States,France,Canada,New Zealand,Africa,Madagascar,mozambique,Tanzania,Senegal,Ghana,Kenya),etc.This study mainly collects the experimental data of imported aquatic products from guangzhou airport port in the past three years,lists charts and analyzes data.Through the development of the sampling inspection project scheduLe,and according to the requirements of the project test.Samples of the same type of edible aquatic products imported from the same country or region shall be tested by 10% of the imported batches.For 10 consecutive batches of undetected unqualified,the sampling inspection shall be conducted according to the incoming batch of 5%.On the day of sampling,the sample will be sent to the laboratory for testing,and the testing period will be 5 to 10 working days.The resuLts of the experimental feedback are summarized everyday,and according to the standard,whether the aquatic products are qualified or not,the unqualified information is summarized into a book.According to the experimental data and the data collected in the daily basis,the disqualified rate of different varieties of aquatic products and their reasons were analyzed.This experiment analyzes the quality of imported aquatic products,accuratelyevaluates the current situation of imported aquatic products in China,and finally provides data support to solve the food safety problems that consumers care about.According to the laboratory test data from 2015 to 2017,the quality of aquatic products in other countries is not optimistic,except that the quality of aquatic products imported from north and South America and Oceania is better.Water products from developed countries such as the UK,France and Ireland have been found to exceed the standard of heavy metals due to the increasing global Marine pollution.Due to the inadequate domestic quarantine system and technical means,the southeast Asian countries have the most serious problems in the safety of exported aquatic products.MuLtiple detection of furan,chloramphenicol,malachite green,etc.,indicates that the safety risk of imported aquatic products in southeast Asia in the next few years is still severe(Neiman P E,1994).This kind of prohibition is caused by artificial addition,which requires foreign operators or exporters to improve their awareness of compliance with the law,which is the defensive line for building a food safety fortress.This study combines the port department,the system of CIQ and the customs system,to understand the operation of government departments,and to update the data on time.Rely on the national aquatic product key laboratory,timely and efficiently complete the aquatic product testing project.By analyzing the safety quality of imported aquatic products,and understanding the quality of foreign aquatic products and food safety,the quality of foreign aquatic products shouLd be treated reasonably,and the domestic aquatic product consumption market will be boosted.Analysis by collecting data entry aquatic products is unqualified for the general administration of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine,the state department of agricuLture,food,reguLators and other relevant departments to formuLate laws and reguLations to provide the reference and basis,to promote the implementation of the research resuLts to national aquatic products industry standardization.For the domestic aquatic products breeding companies and import company to provide a reference for the data of aquatic products,promote the reasonable cuLtivation of aquatic products,sold legally,to import company abroad and aquatic products quality of aquatic products and related law,avoid economic losses.
