| In modern intensification production, the decline in growth performance and diarrhea caused by early weaning is an urgent problem to be solved in the production of piglets.Among them, the gastrointestinal barrier function of piglets is an important factor affecting the health and production performance of weaned piglets.“Yi Si Te” is a yeast extract containing 10% nucleotides. In order to observe the effects of adding “Yi Si Te” to the diet on performance and intestinal health of weaned piglets, one hundred and twenty 32-day-old healthy weanling pigs with similar body weight were selected and randomly assigned into four groups after weighing and numbering. The control group was fed the basal diet and the three experimental groups were fed the basal diet.Diets were supplemented with 5 Kg/T non-nucleotide yeast,500 g/T pure nucleotides, and 5 Kg/T “Yi Si Te”,3 replicates per group,10 replicates each. The trial was pre-fed for 5 days and the test time was 31 days.At the end of the trial, the piglets were weighed and six slaughter samples were randomly selected from each group to detect serum albumin, glucolipid metabolism, nitrogen metabolism and hormone levels related indicators, serum endotoxin content, and the disaccharidases(sucrase, maltase)activity in ileal contents.HE staining and PAS staining were used to observe the intestinal morphology of weaned piglets and applied to determine mucus secretion the intestine of weaned piglets. The expression of ZO-1,Occludin,Claudin-1 and the distribution of bacterial flora and the expression of IL-4,IL-10,IL-1β,TNF-α mRNA in the ileum of weanling piglets were detected. The results of the study are as follows:1.Adding 5Kg/T “Yi Si Te” to weaned piglets diets increased the average end-weight(p = 0.09)and average daily gain(p = 0.06)of weaned piglets, with the increase being 7.5% and 11.08%,respectively.Compared with the non-nucleotide yeast group,“Yi Si Te” can significantly increase the final weight(p < 0.05)and average daily gain(p < 0.05)of weaned piglets.2.Adding “Yi Si Te” to the diet of weanling piglets can significantly promoted the expression of tight junction proteins in small intestine, reduce intestinal permeability, and maintain intestinal barrier function of piglets. At the same time,“Yi Si Te” can significantly increase the V/C ratio of duodenum and jejunum, promote the development of duodenum and jejunum villi.3.Dietary supplementation of “Yi Si Te” has no significant effect on the activities of sucrase and maltase, mucosal inflammatory factor mRNA expression, and the distribution of bacterial populations in the mucosa and the ileal contents of piglets. In summary, the addition of 5Kg/T “Yi Si Te” to the diet of weaned piglets is beneficial to maintain the integrity of intestinal tract morphology, promote the expression of tight junction proteins in the intestine, reduce intestinal permeability, and maintain intestinal physiology of piglets. The normal function of the barrier function promotes the health of the intestines, thereby improving the production performance of the piglets. |
