In this study,a combination of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco and Ipomoea aquatica was adopted in the pond.The main water quality indicators of the aquaculture water were measured and analyzed,and the liver,spleen,kidney,and serum of the stingray were detected.The biochemical indicators and the performance of the stingrays were evaluated;the water purification effect of Ipomoea aquatica in pond culture was comprehensively evaluated,and the economic and ecological benefits of the mariculture model were analyzed.The experiment used self-designed monomer-based vegetable floating foundations.Each area of the breeding ponds was about 225m ~2.The experimental group and the control group were set up,each had three parallel groups,and the surface water-laying leek was 15%.Farming experiment time 37d.The results show:1?Under the mode of purifying aquaculture pond water,the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the aquaculture water was significant(P<0.05),and the maximum removal rate was 86.73%,68.42%,78.31%respectively.79.46%,75.36%.The pH and DO values of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.2?The serum MDA,CAT,ACP,AKP,and SOD values of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the MDA,CAT,and The activity of ACP and AKP was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MDA content in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the spleen and kidney were significantly lower than the control group.The CAT content in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the liver and kidney were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The activity of ACP in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),The AKP activity in the liver and spleen was higher than that in the control group but not significant,and the AKP activity in the kidney was significantly higher than that in the control group.3?The survival rate,the weight of the harvested fish,the average daily gain and the specific growth rate of the experimental group were 99.67±0.07%,48.70±2.33kg,and1320.24±63.44mg/d,3.06±0.16%respectively;in the control group were 98.47±0.18%,32.51±2.9kg,891.68±79.83mg/d,and 1.96±0.23%respectively.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The feed coefficient of the experimental group was 2.01±0.09 compared with 2.91±0.26 in the control group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the cultivation of Ipomoea aquatica in the experimental group can improve the performance of the Pseudobagrus fulvidraco.4?The length of the early stage of planting in the experimental group was 15.23±0.06cm to47±0.63cm in the later period of experiment,and the growth rate of the watercress in the experimental group reached 202.72±0.039%.5?Under the mode of purifying aquaculture pond water,the water quality of the stingray aquaculture has been significantly improved.The stingray body has a high health level and a high survival rate.The floating water amaranth grows well and has additional economic benefits.This kind of compound breeding model has a very good application prospect.
