This experiment uses the compound aquaculture model of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco and Nasturtium officinale to take water purification treatment for aquaculture water, conduct test and analyze main water quality indexes of aquaculture water, and analyzes and compares biochemical criterion and production performance of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco's liver, spleen, kidney and muscle; it comprehensively evaluates the purification effect of Nasturtium officinale on aquaculture water and its model's economic and biological efficiency. The experiment adopts new vegetable growing base and six aquaculture ponds with the same area, and the aquaculture system takes up the area of 180m2. The experiment is divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, and 3 repetitions are set for experimental group and control group, and experimental group is added with water with the treatment of Nasturtium officinale. The experiment lasts for 34 d, and the experimental results show:For the aquaculture water of the experimental group of Nasturtium officinale purification, its ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus has significant difference from the control group(P<0.05), and the removal rate is respectively 83.6%, 79.7%, 60%, 63.7%, 42.3% and 29.6%. The water quality indexes of aquaculture water treated by Nasturtium officinale are better than those of the control group. The survival rate, average daily weight increase, specific growth rate and feed coefficient of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco in the experimental group is respectively 99.22±0.2%, 649.34±22.22mg/d, 11.47±0.21%, 1.15±0.10, and 97.22±0.7%, 500.04 ± 14.27mg/d, 10.06 ± 0.30%, 1.32 ± 0.12 in the control group. The experimental group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05), and the compared with the control group, the meat quality of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco in the experimental group is fresh without mud smell, indicating Nasturtium officinale can significantly improve the production performance and edible taste of Pseudobagrus fulvidra. The daily weight increase of the experimental group of Nasturtium officinale is 13.88±0.58 g, and the average daily increase is 0.73±0.18 cm, the survival rate is 97.83±0.72%, with a total of 432 jin, and the income is 2208.0 yuan.In cultivation, the content of MDA in Pseudobagrus fulvidraco's liver, spleen, kidney and muscle in the experimental group has significant difference from that in the control group(P<0.05); T-AOC, CAT, T-SOD, ACP vitality of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco's liver, spleen, kidney and muscle in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); the content of AKP of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco's liver in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); for the other three groups, AKP content has no significant difference between each other(P>0.05), but the experimental group is higher than the control group. This indicates that the biochemical criterion of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco in the experimental group is better than that in the control group, and it improves the health level of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco. In compound aquaculture model of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco-Nasturtium officinale, the main water quality indexes of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco aquaculture water are significantly kept, and the fish's health is good. Pseudobagrus fulvidraco has high survival rate, large production rate, a few medicines, less pollution with good economic and biological efficiency.
