In the process of dairy farming,the feeders' judgment on the cow's estrus and the detection of health condition is an important part in the process of dairy farming.Cow estrus is accompanied by increased activity and temperature.Timely detection of estrus milk cow and the preparation of the plant can prolong the lactation period of dairy cows to improve economic benefits.At the same time,the health condition of the cow is also very important,the sick cow lying on the stomach is significantly higher than the normal period.The illness of the cow will not only endanger the cow's life but also affect the quality of the milk.The keeper needs to find and cure the sick cow in time.It is applied to large scale pasture,the existing system of cow pedometer has great power consumption and transmission distance in hardware design.There is a single function in software design and low accuracy of pedometer algorithm.Aiming at these problems,a new set of solutions is proposed.In the hardware design,the system uses the low power consumption main control chip and the high sensitivity sensor.The application of low-power wan technology Lo Ra for long-distance data transmission makes the system meet the needs of large-scale grazing for long distance.In the software design,the acceleration waveform is identified by the FIR band pass filter and the slope detection step algorithm.After several tests,the parameters are modified to improve the accuracy of the meter,and provide accurate information for the determination of the cow's estrus.Using the real-time air pressure data to design a set of attitude detection algorithm,the cow prone position can be identified,and the length of the stomach is recorded.It provides a more diversified and accurate basis for the health detection of cows.After the actual test,the cow pedometer step accuracy can guarantee above 95%.The attitude detection algorithm can accurately identify the cow prone position.The LoRa transceiver module can transmit at a distance of 2km.Using NI LabVIEW SignalExpress to determine the power consumption of the pedometer and attitude detection module,the theoretical detection module can be used for 3.5 years continuously.
