Rice trans-planter is one of the modern agricultural production machinery,which is widely used in the rice planting.During the traditional rice trans-planting program,which is high in labor intensity and labor cost,the activities mainly rely on manual labor.For example,the paddy area is measured through the tape.At present,the commonly used area measurements in China are mainly using handhold equipment.Two of the most important measurement methods are routing method and tracking method.However,these two methods are unable to calculate the actual area of the rice trans-planting paddies.The actual operating area for a rice trans-planter does not include the swept area of aon-transplanting condition route,because of which,there is no need for planting when steering.At the same time,the seedling box is rising while the transmission shaft of mechanism stays steady.With the development of mechanization and information,the importance and necessity of precision agriculture is dramatically increasing.It is very important to statistics the area of the machine.Combined with the local government support and policy advantages,Trans-planters are becoming more popular to be equipped with GPS positioning system.Through the positioning information and area data can effectively solve the problem of agricultural machinery,subsidies and other issues,to facilitate the operation of agricultural machinery information management.This paper will discuss and design a data processing system with remote accessthis system will based on the following kinds of technology: GPS positioning technology,embedded micro-controller controller,GPRS data transmission technology,GPS data acquisition system and sensor technology.This system is developed to help real-time view trans-planter information and processing data.The main research and conclusions are listed as follows:1,A literature review of domestic and international development status,a comparison of the area measurement system;analysis the characteristics of some handheld measurement equipment.Also,it comes with the summarized main contents and discussion of this thesis and final design of the technical route of system operation.2,Discuss the composition and technology characteristics of GPS data acquisition system and describe GPS positioning system,GPRS data transmission,Sensors,which provide the theoretical basis for the design of GPS data acquisition system.3,For the functional requirements of GPS data acquisition system,it needs to select cost-effective and smaller size of the hardware module;reduce system cost;take STM32F205RGT6 microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M3;design the main control circuit for the system hardware;describe the main program flow of the system based on the analysis of the working principle of rice transplanter.4,A description of some key technologies involved in the system website.By comparison,width measurement method is selected for the system as an area measuring method,design a system of data processing and remote access system based on B/S architecture;use the database to access data;use Baidu maps API to display map information on the web page;realize remote access by displaying the information of operation tracking and working area of the transplanter;monitor the operation of transplanter through mobile phones,computers and other equipment5.The field trip of the monitoring system of rice transplanter.Experimental results show that this system can realize the real-time acquisition of the transplanter’s working area,at the same time,it can also display the track of trans-planter in real time on the web map.Finally,this paper puts forward the future research of the system and offers suggestions for further development of the system.
