The experiment used mushroom residue as the main raw material, optimized the mushroom residue as the edible fungus culture material to replace the cottonseed shell formula.Through the experiment, the effect of different mushroom residue ingredients on the yield and quality of Coprinus comatus and mushroom was studied, and the fine formula suitable for the mushroom residue culture was screened. The physical and chemical properties of the different proportion of seedling soil were measured and compared with the original seedling soil, and the best formula was screened out to obtain the best nursery matrix. Two strains of "Coprinus comatus" and "Pleurotus ostreatus" were selected as experimental strains.A total of thirteen groups were set up,in which the culture material of the mushroom residue was taken as the control group(CK),and the addition of 12 different mushroom residue in each group was set up 10 times in each group. The effects of Pleurotus ostreatus residue on growth and yield of Coprinus comatus and Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.According to the economic benefit analysis, the optimum ratio was selected to carry out the seedling experiment. The physical and chemical properties of the mushroom residue and the cultivated soil were measured in different proportions, and compared with the original seedling soil. The results of the test are as follows:1.Using the plant residue of Pleurotus abalone as the main raw material, with different content of the culture material for the cultivation of the mushroom and Coprinus comatus, the test was carried out strictly according to the aseptic operating regulations, and the infection rate of all the bacteria bags of the three varieties were 0 during the onset of hair bacteria.Through daily observation and recording of the growth of mycelium, the results showed that the growth of mycelium, yield, biological efficiency and economic benefit of the two edible fungi increased first and then decreased with the increase of the proportion of the mushroom residue, and compared with the control, the growth of the mycelium of the culture material with the proportion of 40%-60% was compared with the control. The yield, biological efficiency and economic benefit were superior to those of the control group. The results showed that the factory-based mushroom residue could be used as the culture material for edible fungi and to add the appropriate proportion of the factory dialect of mushroom residue, which was beneficial to the growth of the mycelium of the cultivated bacteria.2.The plant base of the mushroom residue and the cultivated soil were mixed in different proportions and arranged into 7 groups of nursery substrates. The physical properties of the mushroom residue were determined by the physical properties of the mushroom residue of 40%-60%,and the chemical properties of the two kinds of bases were detected and showed chemical properties. The results showed that the germination percentage and germination time of the two substrates were better than those of the two groups. It can be concluded that a suitable proportion of industrial Pleurotus abalone mushroom residue mixed seedling soil can produce seedlings suitable for breeding seedlings.3.The results are as follows: the factory based mushroom residue can be mixed with the culture material in different proportions to produce culture edible fungi. At the same time, the appropriate proportion can improve the performance of the cultivated species. The two uses of factory Pleurotus Pleurotus mushroom residue are used again, but the use of industrial Pleurotus abalone mushroom residue is not only limited to the two purposes, but has broad prospects.
