Study On Photosynthetic Characteristics And Fruit Quality Of Grape

Grape is one of the most important fruit trees in Anhui province.Its meat is very crispand rich in nutrition.It is well received by the consumers.And the grape cultivation has the advantages of early result,high yield,high benefit and growing scale.There is high temperature and rain in Anhui area,and grape diseases are serious in open field cultivation.Rain shelter cultivation can significantly reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases,and increase variety adaptability,which has become a main form of grape production.But shelter from rain cultivation will cover some light and reduce fruit quality.At present,there are many researches on grape rainproof cultivation at home and abroad,but few reports on grape varieties with high light efficiency are reported.In this experiment,30 grape varieties,such as Summer Black,Jinguixiang,Hanxiangmi and Carlos,were used as test materials to study the photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content and fruit quality of grape.The suitable varieties of high light effect grapes cultivated in Anhui area were selected to provide theoretical and practical basis for selection of fine varieties of grape cultivation.The main results are as follows:1.The daily variation of net photosynthetic rate of grape was bimodal curve.According to the average variation of net photosynthetic rate?Pn?,30 grape varieties were classified into 3 categories.1)Pn>12?mol·m^-2·s^-1,Golden Queen?Hanxiangmi?Summer Black?Giant Rose?Queen Nina?Jigao?Yongyou?Xiangfeng?Zuijinxiang?Shine Muscat;2)12?mol·m^-2·s^-1?Pn?8?mol·m^-2·s^-1,Oriental Star?Xiangyu?Christmas Rose?Zaofeng?Huanghua?Jinguixiang?Jintian 0608?Carlos?GV?Zaoxia Rose?Alachua?Heibaladuo?Bixiang Wuhe?Oseto?Noble?Grubby and Zhengyan Wuhe;3)Pn<8?mol·m^-2·s^-1,Black Alpha?Fry and Xiongbao.2.There were some differences in chlorophyll content among different grape varieties.According to the contents of chlorophyll content,the order of the contents is:Shine Muscat?Heibaladuo?Carlos?Summer Black?Xiangfeng?Huanghua?Queen Nina?Christmas Rose?Oriental Star?Black Alpha?Zaoxia Rose?Xiangyu?Zuijinxiang?Zaofeng?Hanxiangmi?Giant Rose?Golden Queen?Jintian 0608?Jinguixiang?Jigao?Yongyou?GV?Fry?Bixiang Wuhe?Grubby?Alachua?Oseto?Zhengyan Wuhe?Xiongbao and Noble.3.There are certain differences in fruit quality among different grape varieties.The soluble solid content?17.6%-20.5%?,soluble sugar content?15.25%-18.43%?,Vc content?6.32-10.14mg/100g?,sugar and acid ratio?30.58-51.05?of the 13 grape varieties,including Summer Black?Bixiang Wuhe?Hanxiangmi?Queen Nina?Yongyou?Xiangfeng?Shine Muscat?Zaoxia Rose?Zuijinxiang?Zhengyan Wuhe?Giant Rose?Oriental Star?Jintian0608,were higher than those of other varieties,and the content of titratable acid?0.328%-0.502%?was lower than that of other species,and the quality was better.4.The photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content and fruit quality of 30 grape varieties were analyzed by multi factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.30 grape varieties were divided into 3 grades.The 8 varieties,including Summer Black?Shine Muscat?Xiangfeng?Queen Nina?Giant rose?Zuijinxiang?Yong you and Hanxiangmi,belong to one class type.The 11 varieties,including Xiangyu?Bixiang Wuhe?Alachua?Huanghua?Black Alpha?Zaoxia Rose?Oriental Star?Jinguixiang?Golden Queen?Heibaladuo and Jintian 0608,belong to second varieties.The 11 varieties,including Jigao?Christmas Rose?Zhengyan Wuhe?Oseto?Zaofeng?Carlos?Xiongbao?Grubby?GV?Fry?Noble,belong to third varieties.
