In terms of the current problems of wheat rearing mode,shortage of forage grass and soil fertilization in Yellow River Irrigation Area of Ningxia,the introduction of forage rape reforms the spring wheat rotation system and improves land,light,temperature,moisture and other resource utilization efficiency and economic benefits.In this experiment,Huayouza 62 was used as a test material after wheat cropping forage rape used as a green manure to carry out field positioning experiment and feed silage experiment in order to measure the rules of growth and development,biomass,nutrient uptake,and impacts of soil fertility.Exploring the optimum ratio of feed and corn silage silage and the effects of feeding is to select the mode of post-cropping wheat seedlings and the source of green feed in northwest China,which promotes the integration of agriculture and animal husbandry and increases farmers' income and economic benefits.The following were main findings:1.The characteristics of growth,development and nutritional quality of forage reap after wheat cropping showed that under the rules of the growth of forage reap after wheat cropping was a"S"-shaped which was slow-fast-slow and could be divided into 6 growth stages.The crude protein content of plant decreased with the growth period,and the range of change was 15.28%-24.42%.The content of ether extract and crude ash increased and then decreased.The range of change was 1.88%-2.71%and 11.88%-18.37 respectively.The content of neutral detergent and acid detergent fibers continuously increased,ranging from 16.97%to 37.85%and from 19.52%to 49.84%.About 60 days after sowing,the yield of forage reap reached 65499.3 kg/hm2 and the dry matter content was 16.72%.At this time,forage rape was in line with the needs of the market for silage and was suitable for harvesting.2.Putting forage reap as a green manure into the soil had an impact on the yield and quality of forag reap showed that the highest yield was 9.5t/hm2 in putting 4t forage reap into soil;crude protein content was 15%;ether extract content was 4%;and crude fiber content was lower.The total nitrogen and potassium content of the plant increased at first and then decreased,ranging from 2.13%to 4.05%and 1.05%to 2.70%.At harvest,the maximum total nitrogen accumulation plants was 1.57 g/plant in putting 4t forage reap into soil,and the maximum K20 accumulation plants was 1.64 g/plant in putting 6t forage reap into soil.The total phosphorus content varied in the range of 0.37%-0.73%.At harvest,the maximum P2O5 accumulation was 0.64 g/plant in putting 6t forage reap into soil.With the growth and development of forage rape,the nutrient uptake of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium is increasing.3.The effect of forage reap after wheat cropping plowing on soil fertility showed that soil organic matter content increased in the range of 3.67%-10.11%;total nitrogen content increased in the range of 0.98%-6.19%;alkaline nitrogen content increased in 27.14%-52.67%;available phosphorus content increased in the range of 45%-61%;available potassium decreased 9.69%;the bulk density was decreased.2-0.25mm water-stable aggregates in the soil increased,>2mm water-stable aggregates decreased.The activity of urease,alkaline phosphatase and catalase increased significantly in the soil.The activity of soil catalase was more intense in putting 4t forage reap and 35kg sheep manure into soil,and the activity of alkaline phosphatase was the highest in putting 6t forage reap into soil,and the activity of urease was the best in putting 4t forage reap into soil.Based on the comprehensive analysis,the treatment of putting 4t forage reap into soil has the best effect on fertilization.4.The effect of Ningxia Tan sheep fatten by feeding silage forage reap showed that the forage rape was a suitable green grass material.Its sensory score was 19,and the grade was excellent.In the nutrition index,the crude protein content was 8.69%,and the ether extract content was 2.96%,which were higher than silage corn.However,the content of acidic detergent fiber was 10.71%lower than silage corn.The content of neutral detergent fiber was 1.06%higher than silage corn.Feeding tests showed that the average weight gain of each sheep was 11.7kg and 10.63kg in the test group and the control group,and the test group was 10.07%higher than the control group.The increase of 1 kg of the sheep in the test and control groups required 5.79 kg and 6.18 kg feed respectively.It showed that the feeding of forage reap was better.5.Study on the ratio of forage rape and corn stover showed that the water content of the mixture of feed rape and corn stover in 60%was the best silage,and the sensory evaluation was optimal.Followed by 55%,50%of the water level is excellent and the water content of 65%and 70%of the mixture goes to deterioration gradually.After the completion of silage fermentation,the pH of silage was lower than 4.2 in each treatment group.The crude protein,ether extract,true protein content,and fiber content of the treatment water content of 60%reached the standard of high-quality silage,and its silage was the best.
