| Agriculture is the foundation of our country,and arable land is the basis of agricultural production.The quality of arable land is related to China’s food security.Strengthening the protection of cultivated land quality is a long-term and arduous task,and it is the responsibility of governments at all levels.Therefore,the monitoring of cultivated land quality and the evaluation of cultivated land quality can be used as one of the basis for assessing all levels of governments to complete farmland protection tasks.With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the quality of cultivated land and the area of cultivated land are constantly changing.The change of arable land has received extensive attention from the society.Scholars at home and abroad have increasingly studied the evaluation of arable land fertility.This article mainly uses Wuhe County as the research area,collects and collates relevant sampling point data and the second soil survey results,uses MAPGIS,ARCMAP and other software to process the data to establish the Wuhe County arable land fertility evaluation system.Mainly using expert scoring method,12 factors are selected as evaluation factors,and the evaluation factors are analyzed hierarchically to determine the weight of each factor.Finally,the membership degree is obtained by fuzzy evaluation method,and the comprehensive index of farmland fertility is calculated.According to comparison of the evaluation results of cultivated land fertility in Wuhe County in 2008 and 2017,we can understand the changes in the quality of cultivated land in the study area and analyze the causes of changes in the quality of cultivated land.In order to make more efficient and intensive use of cultivated land resources,the realization of land management has changed from quantity management to quantity and quality.The research results show that the latest evaluation results of farmland fertility in Wuhe County are mainly concentrated in the second-class land.Wuhe County added 24,700 mu of arable land from 2008 to 2017,and the area of unchanging farmland was 67.53%.Most of the arable land fertility levels remained unchanged,with only 700 mu falling by one grade,and 238,100 mu of cultivated land was mainly upgraded from grade one to grade three,with the largest increase in first-class land.From the analysis of data and maps,it is concluded that the land fertility declines and rises: The reason for the decrease of farmland fertility is mainly caused by the pressure of the river’s landfill,the increase of groundwater level caused by the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and the shallow layer of rotary tillage.The reason for the increase in arable land fertility is mainly due to the following items in Wuhe County: The Agriculture Commission Department mainly carries out the national new 100 billion kilograms of grain production capacity planning in Daxin Town 2014-2016 Wuhe County field construction project,and the national land department mainly develops high-standard basic farmland construction improved the environment of the farmland,and comprehensive agricultural development in the water conservancy departments and small farm water projects improved the farmland irrigation. |
