Since 2002 our country has carried out investigation and quality evaluation of farmland,to the end of 2012,Anhui province has been completed by the county(District)cultivated land fertility evaluation as the basic unit,have established a set of suitable for the local area of cultivated land fertility evaluation index system,and part of the region also completed in the city for the evaluation of cultivated land the summary of the work unit of fertility.But in a larger area of cultivated land evaluation work is not carried out,resulting in different parts of the land are lack of comparability in the whole.Therefore,the regional cultivated land fertility evaluation should be timely to carry out a wide range of work,to pay attention to the effective management of cultivated land,to realize the sustainable development of population,resources and environment.In this study,take Huangshan City,Xuancheng city and Wuhu city(District)a total of 19 counties(districts)as an example,using AHP and fuzzy mathematics method,Delphi method,evaluation theory of the application of geographic information system and the cultivated land fertility,the cultivated land fertility evaluation summary work.In considering the actual situation of the county(District),the soil parent material,soil texture,profile configuration,drainage capacity,irrigation guarantee rate,organic matter and other 14 evaluation factors,and establish a suitable regional evaluation index system,determining method of quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes in the evaluation.Which has first rank land of 157.1978 hectares,accounting for 19.97% of the total land area;The second rank is 212.357 hectares,accounted for 26.99% of the total cultivated area;The third rank is 230.6857 hectares,accounting for 29.3% of the total land area;The forth rank is 141.3376 hectares,17.96% of the total land area accounted for;The fifth rank is 45.2196 hectares,5.74% of the total land area accounted for.Finally,the research results has compared with the country results.The different hierarchies of generation,distribution,and analyzes the causes of the difference.The research results have important significance of promoting the sustainable development of agriculture to improve the cultivated land fertility evaluation results are scientific and unified,and also provide a reference for the evaluation of province cultivated land fertility in the future.
