The key to the prevention of plant fungal diseases is real-time monitoring of the number of pathogenic spores in the air,and based on this as a basis to make early warning of plant diseases.Conventional spore detection is to capture spores in the air through a single spore capture device,and the samples are retrieved by the laboratory under the microscope for identification and counting by the naked eye.At present,the detection technology for plant fungal diseases is still in the preliminary research and development stage,and there is no efficient and accurate A highly integrated spore detection system.This project aims to achieve efficient and accurate detection of powdery mildew spores,based on the traditional method of powdery mildew spore capture and counting,designed to be able to achieve the capture of the powdery mildew spores in the air,digital microscope imaging of powdery mildew spores and through The upper computer processes the image of the powdery mildew spores and finally obtains the number of sample spores,thus providing strong data support for the prediction of the incidence trends of plant diseases.The research content of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:1.To achieve detection of powdery mildew spores,the mechanical structure of the system is an important part of the entire system.After analysis and research and multiple practical tests,a sample slide automatic exchange system,a spore capture device,and a microscope focusing camera device have been designed to complete the collection and photographing of spores of pathogenic bacteria in the air,laying a foundation for subsequent image processing and spore counting work.basis.2.According to the functional requirements of the system,the system’s hardware circuit is designed,mainly for the design of the stepper motor drive control module,fan drive and light source drive module.The core is to send the defined commands through the Arduino serial port to complete the control of the system.3.According to the functional requirements of the system,the algorithm of image processing and the software interface of spore counting were designed,including graying,edge detection,closing operation,opening operation and feature discrimination.The software interface was used to complete the preview of the spore microscopic image of the powdery mildew by clicking the button.Counting,the core is to use Python3 + PyQt5 + OpenCV3 to complete the count of the spores of the powdery mildew in the image,and the accuracy of the count was 87.4%.The actual test shows that the system can complete the capture and counting of the spores of the powdery mildew in the air,and use this as a basis to complete the prediction of the disease,and take measures to reduce the disease risk in the early stage of disease or early onset.
