Rice is one of the most important crops in the world, plays an important role in our daily life, so its production has been widely concerned. Rice blast disease is affecting rice yield of main plant diseases and insect pests of and for the prevention of rice blast, the design of a spore grain number instrument, can realize the collection of spores in the air and the spore image acquisition and processing count, detection in a certain area in the air of the number of spores, the incidence of rice blast disease provides early warning.In this paper, based on the actual needs of the spore number of grain, in the research on the basis of the system, the main hardware design and control software development and design. System through the air suction opening of spores in the air absorbs the adsorption in displacement rotary table slides, control can be displacement rotary table to rotate the slide moves to the objective lens, after focusing called camera shooting field microscopy in spore image. Finally, the image were vision algorithms process to realize the spore counts.This paper has introduced the background and significance of the research, as well as the domestic and foreign research status quo and development situation, finally to study the topic of the thesis.The hardware part of the system is designed based on the realistic demand, includes a drive circuit for rotating displacement stage, the electronic microscope focusing circuit, on the basis of the hardware system work requirements of the system software design. System uses the LabVIEW programming language for software development, according to the equipment modular design ideas, we design the control program of the five modules including the lower computer serial communication, direction of rotation displacement and speed control, the focal length of the microscope lighting light source electric control, spore image acquisition, spore images processing.The number of spores particle size analyzer system realization of spore of field automatic capture, and it can control the precision motion of the rotary displacement table, electric control focusing of microscope and through CCD camera under microscope were captured a clear image and complete microscopic image processing and spore to achieve the automatic counting, warning of the rice blast has important. LabVIEW programming language design of the spore count instrument program has a good portability, real-time, stability. After the experiment, the system realizes the automatic capture and counting of spores, and the accuracy rate is above 90%.
