Study On The Performance Of Agricultural Ecological Compensation Policy In China

As the basis of farmers’ production and development,the destruction of agricultural ecological environment will seriously affect the development of agricultural production.So the implementation of agricultural ecological compensation policy has received a great deal of attention.Since the 1980 s,many experts and scholars have been devoted to the study of agricultural ecological compensation policies,finding out the problems and proposing solutions.Studying the performance of the agricultural ecological compensation policy and analyzing the factors that affect its performance will greatly help to improve the agricultural ecological compensation mechanism,protect the agricultural ecological environment and maintain the ecological balance.This paper mainly includes six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and purpose of the topic,literature review,research methods and technical route,and discovers the innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of agricultural ecological compensation policy,including the theoretical basis of agricultural ecological compensation and the current agricultural ecological compensation policy system.This part combines the current agricultural subsidies and other systems to define the concept rationally,uses cases to analyze agricultural ecological compensation methods,and determine the current compensation quota for agricultural ecological compensation standards by searching for literature and data.The third part and the fourth part are the core contents of this thesis.The third part is to sort out the data based on the collected questionnaires,select indicators,establish the binary logistic regression model,and analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ ecological behavior on policy implementation.The fourth part mainly analyzes the influencing factors of agricultural ecological supply behavior.This part takes Henan Province as an example to analyze the agricultural ecological production efficiency through vertical comparison of the country,horizontal comparison of developed regions after the implementation of the agricultural ecological compensation policy.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the third and fourth chapters,proposing suggestions for improving the performance of the agricultural ecological compensation policy according to the current status of the implementation of the agricultural ecological compensation policy.The last part mainly summarizes the related contents of this paper.
