The present study on the cultivation of Rehmannia glutinosa has no uniform planting quality standard and technology,even lacks of uniform field management standard.In the whole process of growth from seed planting to cultivation and fertilization there is no unified scientific quantitative indicator or strict standard in all.Thus leads to a current situation of that the production and quality of are irregular Rehmannia glutinosa,also the germplasm confounding.In this subject,we aimde to explore whether the agronomic traits,physiological indexes,photosynthetic value,disease and insect pests can influence the yield and quality of Jinjiu,which were collected from the genuine producing area Wenxian.The main results are as follows:Firstly,through the observation of the growth of Rehmannia glutinosa with medicaments,the effects of different gradients and different agents on the morphological characteristics,physiological indexes,photosynthetic indexes and soluble protein content of the Rehmannia glutinosa were compared.In drug treatment,drug 16(1:300 dilution of mancozeb and calcium lime)effects on plant height,the first and third level of Rehmannia showed the most prominent impact,agent 11(carbendazim diluted 1:500 and calcium lime)effect on plant height of second and fourth grade were the most prominent.The photosynthetic rate of four grades of Rehmannia under chemical soaking was extremely significant with the 2,3,4,6,8,11,13,16 and 18 compared with the matched group.In the soaking treatments,the soluble protein content were higher than the control group,the content of soluble protein of leaves,the third grade were the highest(16 fungicides mancozeb soaking 1:300 diluted and calcium lime treatment),the second and fourth grade leaves soluble protein content were the highest was drug 11.(Seed soaking agent of carbendazim diluted 1:500 and calcium lime treatment).At the growing stage,the content of soluble protein in all grade showed a trend of first increase and then fall back,and reached the highest point in September.Based on the above analysis,chemical soaking of carbendazim and mancozeb diluted calcium lime(1:300)and carbendazim diluted with calcium lime(1:500)of presented the most prominent impact on the upper part of the ground of Rehmannia,and formde a very significant difference with the mathed group.Secondly,collect the healthy Rehmannia with different treatments,then compare different treatments effect on the harvest of fresh weight,drying rate,yield per unit area and quality of different chemical gradient.In the quality of planting,the size of fresh weight difference of single plant was grade two > grade 1 > grade three and grade four,grade three and grade four single plant fresh weight difference was not significant.The size of dry weight difference of single plant was grade two > grade 1 > grade three > grade four,and the difference between four grades was very significant.One or two the drying rate is higher than three or four grade grade four grades of Rehmannia Rehmannia yield were significant difference between the average of two grade,the maximum yield of Rehmannia glutinosa,reached 4054.47kg/ mu,four mu yield average grade of Rehmannia glutinosa,reached 3831.47kg/ mu.There are very significant differences in the yield of two grade rehmannia and three or four grade rehmannia.Terms of the quality of catalpol and verbascoside content with increased levels of Rehmannia planted,decreased.Two grades of root tuber of catalpol and verbascoside content reached the highest level in the four grade,four grade of the root tuber of catalpol and verbascoside was the lowest.In drug treatment,Rehmannia after soaking treatments,the drying rate is higher than the control group,with 16 agents(mancozeb soaking 1:300 diluted and calcium lime agent)and 11(seed soaking agent 1:500 carbendazim diluted and calcium lime treatment)fold drying rate was higher than that in other treatments.There was no significant difference in yield of Rehmannia glutinosa under the same level of seed soaking,and the yield of Rehmannia glutinosa was not significantly different from that of the matchde group with the lowest yield per uint area.Through further comparative analysis of treatments of root tuber harvested in the period when the content of Catalpol,the results were showed in the table below,we can see that the Catalpol content of 16.The highest reached 6.91%,the harvest period,down 18,followed by medicine pharmacy 13,at least in the control group,only 2.79%.Comprehensive analysis,second grade of Rehmannia presentde maximum in yield and quality.In chemical processing,pharmaceutical 1:300 diluted mancozeb and soaking in calcium lime and reagent 1:500 diluted carbendazim agent and soaking in calcium lime effect on the yield and quality were the largest.Lastly,Rehmannia soaking with treatments of diseases and insect pests resistance were higher than that of water soaking,which indicates that there is a certain preventive effect,the mancozeb and mancozeb seed soaking and calcium lime dressing,the effects were particularly prominent,there has a good preventive effect on common diseases and pests.Through the observation and research on the growth and development process of Rehmannia glutinosa at fourth level,we found that the pesticides had no effect on grass damage,and purslane and Cyperus were the most harmful.In the early mid-June,purslane was the main hazard.In the last ten days of June Cyperu presented serious injury.
