Selection And Evaluation Of Suitable Maize Varieties In Main Production Areas Of Henan Province

In order to identify high-yielding corn varieties suitable for planting in Yubei,Yuzhong and Yunan,The 30 corn varieties planted in the Huang-Huai-Hai Sea were used as materials.Field trials in Hebi,Xuchang and Nanyang,randomized block design,community planting,three repetitions.Focusing on the study of maize growth period,accumulated temperature,agronomic traits,yield traits,and stress tolerance,etc.Integrated yield and stress resistance were evaluated for their ecological suitability.The results show,the ecological compatibility of the same maize varieties from different ecologically cultivated areas has certain differences,Ecological adaptability can be divided into three categories:Good ecological adaptability,middle ecological adaptability and poor ecological adaptability.Resistance can be divided into strong,medium,and weak.1.In the ecological area of northern Henan,the ecological adaptability of Weike 702,Zhengdan 2098,Yufeng 303 is better.The yields were 13100.55kg/hm2,12459.75kg/hm2,and 12338.40kg/hm2 respectively;The ecological adaptability of Xundan 509,Nongda 372,and Zhengdan 1002 is centered.The yields were 11297.70kg/hm2,11199.00kg/hm2,11151.30kg/hm2;The ecological adaptability of Xianyu 808,Xundan 3136 and Guanfeng 116 is poor.The yields were 9329.40kg/hm2,9003.60kg/hm2,and 8989.45kg/hm2,respectively.In terms of resistance,Xundan 509 and Xundan 29 are resistant to aphid and strong rust resistance;Xianyu 808 is resistant to pests and diseases.Shengrui 999,Bangyu 359,Denghai 701,Xianyu 1140,Huaiyu 5288,Longping 206,Yudan 9953,Nongda 372,Xindan 38,Zhengdan 2098,Xundan 20 and other locusts,and rust;Xianyu 335 susceptible locusts;Denghai 605,Yufeng 303 and other locusts,rust resistance.There is no lodging on the whole,and the lodging resistance is strong.2.In the ecological area of southern Henan,the ecological adaptability of Lianchuang 808,Denghai 605,and Yudan 9932 is better.The yields were 12874.89kg/hm2,12445.75kg/hm2,and 12113.98kg/hm2 respectively;The ecological adaptability of Nongda 372,Yufeng 303,and Bangyu 359 is centered.The yields were 11567.87kg/hm2,11469.90kg/hm2,11356.03kg/hm2 respectively.The ecological adaptability of Guanfeng 116,Longping 206,and Xundan 3136 is poor.The yields were 9695.18kg/hm2,9688.99kg/hm2 and 9137.38kg/hm2,respectively.,In terms of resistance,Yudan 9932,Weike 06-9,Nongda 372,Zhengdan 2098,Shengrui 999,Xianyu 808,and Xundan 3136 maize borer were serious.The occurrence of aphids in Longping 208,Xundan 509,Luodan 6 and Guanfeng 116 occurred more severely.Xianyu 335,Longping 208,Zhengdan 958,Yufeng 303,and Dedan 5 have relatively weak drought resistance.Zhengdan 2098,Denghai 701,Zhongyu 107 and other high-temperature resistance is weak;The occurrence of pests and diseases in the other species was lighter,the southern rust was felt as a whole,and lodging was observed in varying degrees.3.In the ecological area of central Henan,The ecological adaptability of Zhengdan 2098,Zhongyu 107,and Bangyu 359 is better,The yields were 11270.85kg/hm2,10783.20kg/hm2,10745.25kg/hm2 respectively;The ecological adaptability of Yudan 112,Zhongdan 909,and Xundan 29 is centered.The yields were 10125.30kg/hm2,10095.75kg/hm2,10039.80kg/hm2 respectively.Xianyu 808,Xindan 38,and Yudan 9932 showed poor ecological adaptability.The yields were respectively 8588.10kg/hm2,8545.50kg/hm2 and 84430.55kg/hm2.In terms of resistance,Zhengdan 2098,Denghai 605,Weike 06-9,Yudan 112 have strong resistance to rust;Shengrui 999,Weike 702,Xianyu 335,Denghai 701 and other susceptible rust;The overall lodging phenomenon is not particularly serious.Through a comprehensive comparison of corn yield and resistance,The varieties suitable for planting in northern Henan,central Henan,and southern Henan include Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958.The varieties suitable for planting in northern Henan and central Henan include Huaiyu 5288,Weike 702,Zhengdan 2098,and Bangyu 359;The varieties suitable for planting in central Henan and southern Henan include Weike 06-9.
