| With the advancing of the great wheel of the times,China has witnessed rapid development,the traditional free-range artificial breeding in the pig breeding industry has been unable to meet the needs of production.There is an urgent need to achieve a large-scale,intensive and scientific pig breeding mode.According to the current situation of pig industry in our country,this paper puts forward the design of automatic feeding and environmental control system for pigs.The whole system consists of automatic feeding system and automatic environmental control system.According to the technical requirements and parameters of automatic feeding system,the overall design of the system is designed,including choosing the hardware with PLC as the control core,using ladder diagram as PLC software programming language and making software design including wireless remote control,automatic positioning,automatic feeding Etc.;for environmental control system in accordance with the functional requirements of the selected MCU as a central controller through the temperature and humidity sensors and gas sensors real-time sense of the pig’s living environment to meet the pig livelihood best,if not,through the relay control the corresponding environmental equipment to adjust until Meet the best feeding environment.After finishing the hardware and software design of the system,we design the host computer control system consisting of MCGS touch screen and computer.Using the MCGS configuration software on the touch screen,using the Kingview software on the computer,design the relevant interface to the running status of the system Monitor and display,at the same time,design different interfaces for setting control parameters,host computer control,etc.,to achieving the system monitoring and controlling.After the design is completed,the system is applied to the pig farm for actual operation and debugging.After some problems in the actual production process are found and solved,the system is more accurate and more in line with actual production needs and can achieve the expected goal And meet the appropriate technical indicators,to complete the designated control tasks. |
