With the continuous improvement of the national economic level,the demand for grain quality is becoming higher and higher.How to improve the quality of grain has become very important,but the artificial sorting needs to spend a lot of manpower and material resources,which also increases the price of grain.With the development of science and technology,the intelligent sorting of grain is more in line with the needs of people.This subject presents the design and implementation of a multi-functional grain sorting machine.The system consists of the following hardware units:(1)The camera unit.The optical detection part of the unit is centered on the FPGA chip EP4CE55F484 and the high speed linear array CCD chip TCD2564 DG,the TCD2564 DG clock frequency is up to 30 MHz and the frequency can reach 10 KHz.The falling objects will be scanned by linear CCD.First,the sampled analog signals are processed by AD8011 amplitude modulation,and then the signal is converted to the 12 way digital signal through the AD9945.In the end,the 12 way digital signals are transferred to the processor for high speed image analysis.(2)The main control unit.The STM32F407ZGT6 is the core of this unit,it is composed of a variety of input and output circuit modules and a high precision light drive circuit based on TPS92640 chip,and the main control unit also has the function of communication with other units and manmachine interface.(3)The vibration driving unit.The unit mainly controls the vibration intensity of the vibrator to control the number of falling objects within a unit time.It takes STM32F103VET6 as the core,and it consists of six-way thyristor drive circuit and a zero crossing detection circuit,as well as other driving circuits.(4)The valve drive unit.The unit takes FPGA chip 10M02 SC as the core,and uses MOS tube IRF9640,IRF840 and ZVN3320 F to build up.This unit quickly passes the MOS tube through 110 V high voltage,and then maintains the opening state of the MOS tube with the 12 V voltage.Compared with the general valve circuit,the switching speed of this unit is much faster.(5)LED array indicator light unit.Through this unit,the operator can clearly know which of the valves are in the open state.(6)The communication unit.The communication unit used in the grain sorting system includes serial communication,CAN communication,Ethernet communication,and the respective driving circuits of these modes of communication.Through these communication methods,each unit can be well coordinated.The software of the system includes main control unit program,vibrator drive unit program,high speed valve drive unit program,CCD camera board program,indicator board program,host computer program and communication logic program of each unit.The software platform used by our project includes KEIL,vs2013 and Quartus II.And the languages used for these platforms are C,C++ and Verlog.The hardware platform used in this project includes Altium designer and Cadence.After a large number of actual experimental tests,the functions of each unit have reached the expected requirements,and the color selection of the whole system is ideal.
