Study On The Banana Field Transportation Technology And Its Adaptability

In this paper,the present situation of banana transport technology at home and abroad was analyzed,the environmental conditions of the current banana transport mode in Guangdong area were studied.Based on the filed survey of the actual demand and adaptability of banana transport technology in Guangdong area,the possible way of banana transportation under the current condition of banana garden was discussed in depth with the banana growers and professional banana purchasing teams.A comprehensive comparison between two simplified banana transport trolley-wheeled banana transport and crawler-type banana transport for banana filed transportation was made to measure how the effects such as integrity,linkage and dynamic performance impact the transportation adaptability.The dynamic performance and stability performance of the transport trolley were analyzed.It was found that the crawler-type banana transport was more suitable foe the banana filed in Guangdong area.Then the filed adaptability and promote conditions were analyzed,combined with experimental analysis of different varieties of banana,banana hanging height,the speed of the vehicle and other factors,the optimal conditions for transportation was found out: the speed was 3.4m/s,the height was 775 mm,the optimal verity was dwarf banana.Combined with the current situation of banana planting and transportation in Guangdong area,ropeway and rail transportation is not suitable for Guangdong area.Crawler-type transport technology accords with the promotion conditions of Guangdong.This research provides technical support and theoretical support for the popularization and application of light type banana filed transport technology in Guangdong area,and has practical significance in guiding the popularization and application of crawler type banana transport trolley in banana planting area of Guangdong.
