| This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)in the cultivation and production of Lilium.The experiment is divided into three stages.The first stage experiment was carried out from October 2015 to January 2016.The effects of 4 concentration gradient ALA on the growth,development,morphology and physiological indexes of Lilium Lilii were studied,the aim of this study was to screen out the quality concentration suitable for the cultivation of lily.The second phase of the trial was carried out between December 2016 and March 2017.On the basis of the test results of the first stage,the quality of ALA was adjusted,and the effects of stabilizer treatments on growth,photosynthesis,morphology and physiology of lily were studied.The purpose of this study was to screen out the quality concentration formula suitable for the cultivation of Potted Lily.The third stage test was conducted between October 2017 and January 2018,on the basis of the first and second stages,the best ALA mass concentration formula was selected to explore the effects of different application modes on growth,photosynthesis,morphology and physiology of lily.The purpose of this paper is to explore the suitable concentration and application methods of ALA in the cultivation and production of Lilium in Guangfo area.The results of the study are as follows:(1)OT lily(Lilium‘Oriental Hybrids’ × Lilium‘Trumphet Hybrids’)field cut flower‘Robina’varieties wasused as materials,effects of foliar spray of 5-aminolevulinic acid(5 Aminolevulinic Acid,ALA)on Lily growth and development at different concentrations(0,20,30,40,50 mg/L)were tested.The results show that 50mg/L ALA under the treatment of leaf,stem and flower fresh and dry weight,leaf soluble protein,MDA and CAT reached the maximum value of 40mg/L under ALA treatment,soluble sugar and the maximum value of POD,20mg/L under ALA treatment,chlorophyll(a,b)reached the maximum value,and were significantly higher than that of control;30mg /L ALA SOD activity under the leaves of the smallest,and significantly lower than the control.It is suggested that ALA treatment with suitable mass concentration can significantly promote the growth of Lilium ’Robina’ seedlings.In the range of mass concentration 20~50mg/L,Spraying ’Robina’ lily on leaf surface 3 times,the ALA processing of 50mg/L may lead to the increase of MDA content,but the comprehensive effect was the best.It is appropriate for popularize the 50mg/L ALA foliar spraying in the commercial production of ’Robina’.(2)OT lily field Potted Lily‘Curie’varieties wasused as materials,9 treatments were set up by the ALA and ALA original drugs with stabilizers: No stabilizer without ALA(A0BO)control,30mg/L has stabilizer ALA treatment(A1B1),40mg/L has stabilizer ALA treatment(A1B2),50mg/L has stabilizer ALA treatment(A1B3),60mg/L has stabilizer ALA treatment(A1B4),30mg/L without stabilizer ALA treatment(A2B1),40mg/L without stabilizer ALA treatment(A2B2),50mg/L without stabilizer ALA treatment(A2B3),60mg/L non stabilizer ALA treatment(A2B4)the effects of foliar spraying on the growth and development of Lilium were tested,and the biomass of the "autumn spike" lily,morphological traits(plant height,stem diameter),chlorophyll,total soluble sugar,soluble protein in leaves(a,b)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activity and malondialdehyde(Malondialdehyde),MDA(Proline),proline,Pro or P),cell membrane permeability(relative conductivity)Physiological indexes,the effects of photosynthetic characteristics and other aspects were studied.The results show that the soluble protein content of "autumn panicle" lily under the treatment of 40mg/L ALA was significantly increased,and the disease resistance of Lilium was enhanced,lengthwise increase and lateral thickening of stem segments under the treatment of 50mg/L ALA,chlorophyll(a,b)and total chlorophyll,soluble sugar content,cell membrane stability and biomass accumulation in leaves of 60mg/L ALA treated with stabilizer reached the maximum.On the basis of the first stage test research,the mass concentration of ALA treatment was improved and stabilizer treatment was added.It was concluded that 2 times spraying ’Curie’ Lily and ALA with stabilizer 60mg/L could significantly promote the comprehensive character of ’Curie’ in the range of exogenous mass concentration of 30~60mg/L.It is appropriate for popularize the stabilizers 60mg/L ALA foliar spraying in the commercial production of ’Curie’.(3)OT lily field Potted Lily‘Competition’varieties wasused as materials,5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)foliar spraying and root irrigation with the preferred mass concentration of 60mg/L,study on the whole growing season of Lilium Lilium by two methods of application,the effects of the growth and development of the young leaves and the mature leaves,and the Lily ’Competition’ biomass,morphological traits(plant height,stem diameter),young leaves and mature leaf chlorophyll(a,b)content and superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activity and effects photosynthetic characteristics and other aspects of the research.The results show that in the early stage of Lily growth,foliar spray and root application of 60mg/L ALA could significantly enhance the chlorophyll a content,CAT activity,chlorophyll b content in young leaves,plant height and thickening growth of Competition leaves.Foliar spraying significantly increased the activity of CAT in mature leaves,and the effect of root irrigation on CAT activity in young leaves increased significantly.Root irrigation significantly increased SOD activity in leaves.The effect of ALA on POD activity in the leaves was significantly improved by spraying the mass of 60mg/L on the leaf surface.In the middle and later stage of Lily growth,the foliar spraying of 60mg/L ALA had better effect on chlorophyll a content.Root 60mg/L ALA application significantly enhanced the activity of POD in mature leaves,and significantly increased CAT activity in mature leaves and young leaves.On the basis of the first and second stages of experimental research.The concentration of 60mg/L was selected,and root irrigation was added,which was compared with the effect of foliar spraying.The indexes of different maturity leaves were measured several times.The results showed that 60mg/L ALA could be applied to the production of ’Competition’ Lily in the early stage of foliar spray and later irrigation. |
