In recent years,the use of genetic engineering tools and foreign substances in the control of glucosinolate plant components and content has become a hot research point of glucosinolate.Regulation of glucosinolates content in cruciferous vegetables to improve their nutrition and health effects on human body,or to improve the ability of plants to deal with external stresses such as pests and diseases is important to improve the nutritional quality,yield and resistance of vegetables,it has important theoretical and practical significance.In this study,‘Heiyoutong'pak choi used as experimental material,treated with different concentrations of e ATP,HPLC and real-time quantitative PCR was used to explore the influences of e ATP on pak choi glucosinolate content and related metabolic gene expression.In this experiment,15 main varieties of turnip in Wenzhou were selected to analyze and compare their soluble sugars,soluble solids,ascorbic acid,flavonoids,total polyphenols and glucosinolates,and their quality characteristics were identified.It provided references for the development of turnip resources and selection of high quality varieties in Wenzhou area.The results showed that:(1)The effects of different concentrations of e ATP on the content of different glucosinolate in aerial part of pak choi were different,and the effects of different treatment time were different.Processing 6 hours,12 hours later.The total glucosinolate content increased most obviously after 1 m M e ATP treatment.After 48 hours of treatment,the total glucosinolate content increased most significantly after 2 m M e ATP treatment.Real-time quantitative PCR analysis showed that the genes BCAT4,SOT18,FMOOX51,FMOOX2,AOP2 and SUR1 in the glucosinolate pathway were obviously up-regulated after 6 and 12 hours treated with 1 m M of e ATP.(2)The content of functional components of different turnip varieties in Wenzhou showed different degrees of difference.The varieties '15p-18' had the excellent qualities of high flavonoids,high total polyphenols and high glucosinolates,High-quality cultivars.The results of the experiment are helpful to the development and utilization of different turnip resources in Wenzhou and provide important reference for the improvement of quality and breeding of excellent germplasm in breeding and cultivation practices.
