Study On The Control Effect Of Different Nematocide On Tomato Root-Knot Nematode Disease In Solar Greenhouse

Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous expansion of the planting area of vegetable facilities,the diseases caused by root-knot nematodes have been increasing year by year,and it has become one of the devastating diseases of vegetable facilities.In this study,a chemical nematicidal agent,Lufuda(41.7% fluopyram),the bionematic nematode Paecilomyces lilacinus,Verticillium lecanii,and nematode preparations of plant origin were used as the test materials to study the effect Control effect of tomato root-knot nematode in greenhouse.The results showed that different levels of biocidal nematodes had a certain role in promoting tomato growth,photosynthetic characteristics,protective enzyme activities and other physiological indicators,and also had better yield-increasing effects.The main findings are as follows:1.In tomato growth and development period,colonization for 30 days and 60 days,the plant height of tomato after treatment with different agents was compared with that of the control CK.Microbial agent P.lilacinus(B2),microbial agent Verticillium lecanii(C2,C3),biogenic agent(E),matrine(D1,D2)treatment performed better than the control.The chemical agent Lu Fu Da performed more generally than microbial agents.In aspect of stem diameter,same as in the plant height,the microbial growth agents Bacillus lilacinus(B2,B3)and Verticillium lecanthosum(C2,C3)have the best synergies,while the chemical agent Lufuda is(A2,A3)treatment also has a good promotion effect.In the fresh weight of roots,treatment with the microbial agents M.lilacinus(B2,B3),Verticillium lecanii(C3)and plantderived preparation(E)has a good promoting effect on the growth and growth of tomato,and chemical agents Lufuda role is not obvious.2.In the indicators of root vigor,different pesticide treatments also had a good promotion effect on tomato root vigor index,and the best performance was the treatment of P.lilacinus(B2,B3),followed by V.reesei(C3)treatment.The treatment of Lufila(A3),a chemical agent,showed a good promotion effect when tomatoes were colonized for 60 days.3.When 30 d and 60 d were planted in the growth period of tomato,different agent treatment had a good synergistic effect on the chlorophyll content in tomato leaves compared with the control treatment.The overall microbial efficacy of P.lilacinus(B2,B3),Verticillium lecanii(C3,C4)showed a good synergistic effect.The treatment of the chemical Lufuda(A2),compared to the other three treatments of the chemical Lufuda,was most evident during the entire growth and development period of tomato.4 At 30 d and 60 d after tomato colonization,the net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 mole fraction,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of the plants under different treatments had a certain enhancement effect compared with the control area.The best treatment effect of the microorganisms was Paecilomyces lilacinus B2 and B3,followed by the chemical agents Lufuda(A2,A3)matrine(D1,D2),and plant-derived preparation(E),and finally the treatment of Verticillium lecanii(C3).5 The CAT enzyme activity of protective enzyme in leaves of tomato during the growth period of tomato was significantly higher than that of P.lilacinus B2 and B3,and the synergy was the best.Chemical treatment Lufuda A1 treatment,the overall efficiency is not obvious.The activity of protective enzyme SOD in leaves treated with different agents was treated with P.lilacinus(B2)with good effect and strongest synergism;followed by plant source preparation E,matrine D1,Verticillium lecanii(C3,C4)treatment.Compared to the chemical Lufuda,each treatment also showed a good synergistic effect.The POD activity in tomato leaves treated with different agents was significantly higher than that of P.lilacii(B2)and plantorigin E,and the best effect was obtained.Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)is the key enzyme in the normal development of plants and the defense against pathogens.During the whole growth and development of tomato,the different agents are treated with P.purpurea(B2)and plant-derived(E).Compared with the control,the difference in significance is the strongest and the effect is the best.In terms of the overall analysis,the activity of protective enzymes in tomato leaves was the most obvious,and the effect was best with the microbial agents B.glabra B2 and B3.In addition,the proline content in tomato leaves of different pesticide treatments increased significantly compared with the control.The treatment with B.purpurea(B2,B3)was also more effective than other treatments.Different pesticide treatments had a certain reduction effect on the content of malondialdehyde in tomato leaves.Still the best results were obtained with P.lilacinus(B2,B3),Verticillium lecanii(C3,C4),plant-derived E,and matrine(D1).6 In the disease index of tomato root knot nematode,the index of root knot nematode disease in solar greenhouse can be reduced by 20% to 30% under different chemical treatments.At the 30 th day after colonization,the highest control effect was Paecilomyces lilacinus(B3);the highest control effect was Paecilomyces lilacinus(B2)treatment at 120 days after colonization.The control effects of B2 in P.lilacinus,(C2)in Verticillium lecanii,matrine(D1)and biological agent E were prominent.7 in terms of yield and quality,the use of Paecilomyces lilicus(10 billion.g-1),15 and 22.5 kg hm-2,has the most advantages for the control of tomato root knot nematode disease,and the best treatment effect is 15.0kg hm-2,its root knot effect is close to 40%,its yield increase is about 40%,followed by 900 ml.hm-2.In the treatment of road Fuda,the yield increased by about 30%,once again the treatment of 30 kg.hm-2 thick pulley(250 million.g-1),its control effect was about 30%,and the effect of increasing yield was 25.13%.In addition,the treatment of matrine(D1)and plant source preparation(E)also showed good effect.In quality improvement,the quality of fruit was best treated with plant source preparation(E)and C3,followed by the better quality effect of Paecilomyces Lavender(B2),Lu Fuda(A3)and matrine(D1).The microbial agent,Paecilomyces lilicus and plant source preparation(E),had a good effect on the improvement of tomato quality Effect.
