| Pinus koraiensis parents and offsprings in Linjiang seed orchard were took as materials,growth traits,cone grade and seed characters were investigated.The results were showed as follow.1、There existed significant different in growth traits,cone grade and seed characters among 170 P.koraiensis parents.The range of variation coefficients of phenotypic(PCVs)of tree height(H)and diameter at breath height(DBH)was 10%-30%,PCVs of cone number exceed 30%.Except seed germination rate,the repeatabilities of all traits were higher than 0.30,higher PCV and repeatability was benefit for excellent clone selected.2、There exist extremely positive correlation among H and DBH of parents in different growth years,cone grade,thousand seed weight and cone weight also showed extremely positive correlation,but their exist no significant correlation among H,DBH and cone grade,seed characters.17 excellent clones were selected by growth traits,cone grade and growth-cone traits integrated,respectively.The results can provide materials for different breed target.3、There exist significant different in all the investigated traits among different half sib families in different experiment trail(P<0.01).PCVs of H,DBH and cone number were 11.89%-16.10%、31.40%-34.65%和 48.99%-63.00%,respectively,which indicated there exist high variation among half-sib families.The heritabilities of different traits were higher than 0.80,which indicated the traits were controlled by genetic factors in different experiment trail.4、General combining ability analyses results showed that the selected excellent families were different in different sites,especially according to growth traits or cone grade,which indicated that it is very difficult to selected excellent families with growth trait and cone grade together.Correlation analyses results indicated that most correlation coefficients were no significant among growth traits and cone grade,which indicated that in the evaluated process,the excellent wood materials and cone materials should be evaluated separately,the results were same with the research on general combining ability analyses results.5、30 excellent half-sib P.koraiensis families were selected by the method of comprehensive evaluation based on growth traits and cone grade combined.The selected families can be register as wood or cone improved variety,the parents of these families could provide materials for 1.5 generation seed orchard and the excellent single plant of selected families can be selected as parents for 2 generation seed orchard.6、Variance analyses showed there existed significant difference in growth traits but no significant difference in cone grade and seed characters among 50 full-sib P.koraiensis families.Correlation analyses showed that there exist no significant correlation among growth traits and cone grade.To evaluated these full-sib families by tree height and diameter at breath height,families PK40、PK26、PK22、PK37、PK5 and PK19 were selected as excellent families.In this research,the growth traits,cone grade and seed characters of clones in primary seed orchard,half-sib families and full-sib families were investigated,51 excellent parents,30 half-sib families and 8 full-sib families were selected as excellent materials,which can provide basis for improved variety register,supplied excellent materials for seed orchard rebuild and also offer technical support for construction of other seed orchards. |
