Ancient tea gardens is an important world natural and cultural heritage,we need to protect it.At present,research about ancient tea gardens almost ignores the issue of tea quality components,and there is no research about the protection and management of ancient tea garden with the purpose of protecting it tea quality components.However,in some areas,the content of tea quality components of ancient tea gardens is very special.It is of great significance to further study and protect the species diversity of ancient tea tree resources and deserves.Therefore,the research about the regional differences and their influencing factors of the content of tea quality in ancient tea gardens opens up a new perspective for the protection and management research of ancient tea gardens.The research is of great significance for the protection and management of ancient tea gardens in the future.The article took the southwest region(Puer City,Xishuangbanna,Baoshan City),where is widely distributed in ancient tea gardens in Yunnan,as the research area.The article used descriptive statistics and ArcGIS spatial analysis methods to study the regional differences in tea quality component content(Water extraction,Tea polyphenols,Amino acid,Caffeine,Phenol ammonia ratio).The article selected the factors such as geographical location,topography and weather as the influencing factors,and used Typicall correlation analysis and geographically weighted regression(GWR)methods.These methods were used to study the factors that affect the content of tea's quality components and the regional differences of influence degree.Based on different the content of tea quality component content features,the ancient tea gardens were divided.The protection and management of ancient tea gardens should pay attention to the protection of the features of the of tea's quality components content.The main study conclusions are as followings:(1)There are obvious regional differences in the content of tea quality in different regions.The average values in the content of each tea quality component in the entire study area were:49.54%of Water extraction;33.86%of Tea polyphenols;3.23%of Amino acid;3.69%of Caffeine and 12.15 of Phenol ammonia ratio.The proportions of the samples in Pu'er City,Xishuangbanna,and Baoshan that content of tea's quality components less than the average of the content of teas quality components of all samples in tihe study area were:Water extraction:90%,15%and 55%;Tea polyphenols:59%,46%and 32%;Amino acid:90%,58%and 21%;Caffeine:35%,47%and 67%;Phenol ammonia ratio:34%,60%and 86%.(2)The results of canonical correlation analysis showed that:each influencing factor had a certain influence on the content of each tea quality component(Water extraction,Tea polyphenols,Amino acid,Caffeine,Phenol ammonia ratio),and the degree of influence was different.Among them,elevation had a greater impact on Water extraction content,and they were negatively correlated.Latitude had a greater impact on Amino acid and Caffeine content,and there was a positive correlation between latitude and Amino acid and Caffeine content.Average temperature had a greater impact on Phenol ammonia ratio,and there was a positive correlation.(3)The results of geographically weighted regression(GWR)showed that:The main factors that affecting the content of Water extraction were:elevation,evaporation,precipitation,relative humidity.The main factors that affecting the content of Tea polyphenols were:relative humidity,evaporation,sunshine hours and precipitation.The main factors that affecting Amino acid content,Caffeine content and Phenol ammonia ratio were:relative humidity,sunshine hours,average temperature,precipitation.The relative humidity,elevation,evaporation and sunshine hours have a great regional difference in the influence of Water extraction content.The precipitation,sunshine hours,evaporation,and relative humidity have a great regional difference in the influence of Tea polyphenols,Amino acids,and Caffeine.The relative humidity,sunshine hours,precipitation,and average temperature have a great regional difference in the influence of Phenol ammonia ratio.(4)The article studied the regional differences in the content of tea quality components gand their influencing factors.The ancient tea gardens in the study area were divided into "types of special the content of tea quality components"(12 types)and"characteristics of other content of tea quality components"(3 types).Combining the appropriateness of tea leaves,different protection and management suggestions for different types of ancient tea gardens were put forward.
