Study On Vegetation Landscape Of Village

The construction of new beautiful villages was gradually replacing the development of urban construction and becoming the dominant part of local construction.At present,the construction of beautiful villages focused on building reconstruction,and neglected the importance of plant landscapes.Nine villages in the Huotongxi River Watershed were selected as the samples plots to investigate the rural plant landscape.The investigation included the plant species of productive landscape,garden landscaping and waterfront plant landscape.The indicators of evaluation system of villages plant landscape built by the analytic hierarchy process were extracted by the stakeholders and scholars.Typical samples plots were selected to evaluate the plant landscape of nine villages.We were looking forward to putting forward some advice about the plant landscape through this study.The results showed that:(1)There were 29 cultivated crops,78 garden plants and 24 kinds of waterfront plants in 9 villages.The main area of the rural plant landscape is a productive landscape consisting of mainly rice fields,tea gardens,fruit trees and economic crops.Vitis davidii was planted as a local characteristic fruit.The species of landscaping trees were only 78 in 9 villages.There are about 20-30 green plants in each village.There are several common plants such as Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum,Photinia × fraseri,Rhododendron ×pulchrum,and Cinnamomum camphora are easily found.Native plants accounted for only 24.36%.About 3.85%of 78 species of garden plants showed their invasiveness.(2)From the view of ornamental value,most of people liked the foliage plants and the flower plants which are attractive.The flowering period of most plants was concentrated in summer and the fruit was concentrated in autumn.In the waterfront landscape,the nativeness of the plant was high.Ancient forests such as Liquidambar formosana and Pterocarya stenoptera were preserved.(3)The evaluation system of plant landscape was divided into three levels.The criteria layers were social function,aesthetic effect,ecological benefit,and economic benefit.The weight values were 0.1528,0.1500,0.5561,and 0.1410.This evaluation system contained fifteen indicators.The community stability,the degree of coordination between artificial and natural,the driving economic development,and the coverage of green land have the highest weight values,and the ornamental value has the lowest weight value.(4)The results of the landscape evaluation showed that the landscape grades of Huotong Village,Gui Village,Xichi Village,Waibiao Village and Fengqiao Village were Ⅱ,and the other four villages’ rural landscape grades were Ⅲ.Huotong Village got the highest score.According to the plant landscapes of the nine villages in the Huotongxi River Watershed,there are lack of local features,serious homogenization,and low ecological benefits.In view of the current situation,this study believes that the new rural construction should respect the drive of economic development,coordinate the coordination of artificial and natural landscapes,and promote the diversification of habitats,as well as the protection of the natural environment.The area and form of landscaping should also be improved considered with both ornamental and ecological benefits.’ The Huotongxi River Watershed should use regional features to create a characteristic plant landscape culture and promote the sustainable development of rural plant landscapes.
