Rice has significant heterosis,and is widely used in production through"three-line matching" technology.In the "three-line system",the maintenance line is the nuclear gene donor of the sterile line,which plays a key role in the superiority and inferiority of the sterile line and is also the core of intellectual property protection.Therefore,breeding high-yield,high-yield maintainers and using fingerprints for protection is an important part of rice breeding.In this study,67 rice maintainers were used as materials,and the parents with excellent traits and high yield were screened through comparative experiments.At the same time,DNA fingerprinting was constructed and the following main results were obtained:1.The results of observations of agronomic traits and yield comparisons show that 12 materials such as 227,268,180,216,230,231,235,271,275,279,349,and 350 are excellent and can be upgraded to further comparative tests..2.The results of primer selection showed that:48 pairs of primers were screened out from SSR primers,and 31,331 primers had a total of 11634 bands,of which 3,752 specific bands,ie,121.03 specific amplifications per primer.In the bands,the polymorphism rate was between 6%and 72%,and among the 24 pairs of core primers,a set of primers consisting of primers B6,C4,C9,D1,C5 and five pairs of primers could distinguish 67 rice materials.3.According to the statistical results of amplification polymorphisms of primers on 67 materials,the software NTSYS.210.e analysis software was used to calculate the genetic similarity coefficients of 67 rice materials,and the similarity coefficient matrix was obtained.It can be seen through the matrix results.The genetic similarity coefficient of 67 rice materials varied from 0.3333 to 0.9583.When the genetic coefficient is 0.59,they can be divided into two categories.The genetic coefficients and genetic variation of 11 high quality maintainer materials were also calculated.4.This experiment was conducted in two seasons,namely 2016 late rice and 2017 early rice.There was only one material in the two seasons that was repeatedly screened out,namely N17-235,N16-298,and had good yield in the early and late rice.which performed.
